    What modifications of the Legacy do you want to know about in detail?

    Such a clean drift build! Hopefully we can see some onboard footage at the track

      Thank you! What a great idea! We definitely will make sure to do that😀👍🏻

    Wow that angle kit looks and must be loads better!! Love the progress, and the outback fenders flow so well.
    My son has an 02 Outback sedan and he hates the white/gold, I'd love to create something like this lol. I'm sure your drifting transitions are much smoother with the extra toe. I bet when it's properly setup, your experience grows exponentially!
    And intake Temps in check will add more zing 🤣.
    That hood duct tho 👌. Absolutely perfect

      Haha thank you! Yeah the car feels completely different, really smooth. I still need to dial in the suspension a little bit I am pretty happy with the setup.

      @OkiSubies does it act as "a drift car" now and less as a Legacy, and I'd imagine the daily driving duty could feel more difficult? Either way Rpf1s and a Legacy with massive grip is just insanity haha

      @@Gunma_garage It really does drift really well, it technically shouldn’t but I am not sure why but it slides and transitions great. The angle kit having very low Ackerman and the LSD does make it a little rough but I honestly don’t mind it at all. The fun totally makes up for it all 😂

    Nice to see a Legacy build. Specially for drifting. I was looking into Bride seats but they got a lot of different bracket types. Possible to go over?

    • @OkiSubies
      @OkiSubies  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! I actually just got some random brackets that were “Bride Legacy” rails and they fit no problem so they may all be the same, the bucket seat just has a different bracket that drops down.

    NOT SURE IF IT WOULD HELP WITH THE TURBO PIPING ANGLE ISSUE BUT MAYBE YOU COULD DO THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING FROM THE VB CHASSIS ??

    id love to see how to do the rear end conversion, i have a ez30d na rwd gc8 sedan but the axles are so fragile

    I REALLY WONDER WHAT SUBARU GUYS ARE DOING FOR THEIR OIL PANS WHEN DOING GYMKANA AND DRIFTING ETC..

    Interesting setup, hopefully the engine can take the abuse.

      Time will tell lol. So far so good but I have a spare engine just in case, I plan to build one eventually lol

      @@henrym5889 I have not, do they have them for EZ30’s? I didn’t think they did.

      @@henrym5889 I think you are right and a baffle would definitely be a great idea. As of yet I haven’t had any issues but better safe than sorry lol

    Would you say the ez30 is more reliable then a ej or a fa in a stock form

    • @OkiSubies
      @OkiSubies  ปีที่แล้ว

      That is honestly a really good question. As much as I prefer the EZ30 because of the torque you get I would have to say no. Mainly because the ez30 has been known to have head gasket issues around 100k miles. When compared to the EJ207 we have in Japan which we have seen go 300k miles plus with a lot of abuse.
      When considering power goals though, if you close deck or even just upgrade the head studs you can make power more easily and reliably on a ez30.

    • @benjaminphantomhive
      @benjaminphantomhive ปีที่แล้ว

      @OkiSubies I won't to do a gr sti swap on my legacy and do a closed deck ez30 aron gib rods and pistons 12mm head studs and put a garrett g30 900 with a 1.01 housing and put it on a link g4x extreme ecu with twin hellcat fuel pumps and go for about 600whp to 650whp does it sound like a good idea and what else should I do to make it even better also only kalford springs for the heads

      @@benjaminphantomhive man that sounds like an amazing build! Aaron is a good guy! I bought all the parts for the ez30 build I plan on doing from him. He has also shared a lot of technical information with me, really good guy
