I have prime rib cooking right now. Wish I could share a pic! I’m looking forward to cooking our fresh turkey for Thanksgiving. It’s only four of us here so a 12lb fresh bird will be more than enough. Expect to see me in the comments a lot. Two weeks ago we lost power for 4 days and we have an electric cooktop and oven so my generator couldn’t handle that much electrical demand so I bought the Blue Rhino 2 burner flat top from Lowes. So between than flat top, the gas grill, the smoker and now the Ninja convection oven there’s nothing I’m not cooking. The flat top is excellent because breakfast is 10X faster and a lot less cleanup! I wish I bought it sooner!!!

@@JohnSanders A few days ago I used the flat top to turn a whole loaf of bread into French toast in no time! Best part beside the quick cook time on lots of food is all I have to do for cleanup is wipe down the griddle and wash a spatula! These convenient cooking option has reignited my passion for cooking!!! Would you consider shooting a video of breakfast on your flat top griddle?
