    The clip and polar pro case, I don't see how you'd mount it to your backpack and get a good recording? Do you put the camera into portrait mode or??

    The sucntion cup mount says "ezviz sports" but the link sends us to a GoPro suction mount! is it the same one? or is yours a cheaper version?

    I like the cage with the mounting quarter 20's on it. Perfect for IG stories. The car mount is dope....but man hard for me to trust it if I hit that one bump...but you can get some killer shots with that. Great video.

      Thank you my dude! The car mount is a little worry-some I’m not gonna front. But so far it’s been a boss, I think it comes down to the mount you get, how secure you put it on, and the weather that particular day. But, if you’re trying to get some creative shots like that it’s better to use the Osmo Pocket especially if you have DJI care vs an A6400 haha.

    Hello. Thanks for the video. Is it possible by using the wireless module to connect the Osmo Pocket to OBS Studio to use it as an live web camera?

    With the new firmware 01.07.00.20 you can adjust the volume to microphone.
    I use a smaller and more compact microphone (redesigned specifically for Osmo Pocket) with angled plug.

  • @escoszickest

    What sucks is the location of the mic adapter. I have the rode mini and I’d like to use that. But it’s looking like your setup may be the way to go because it keeps it small

    if you want to record on your car you should also use a teather because if it does come off you want loose it under the wheels of the next vehicle.

    The Omni-Directional mic sounds great to me and I like having more of the surrounding sound since you're outside, I think it adds to the atmosphere. Thanks for making this video. Gone down the rabbit hole as far as accessories in the past two days but might as well get what I need now. I like this mic and the L jacks and carrying case based on your review. One question I have is what to use to mount the Osmo to my bike. Still researching that. And ordered the extension rod from DJI but guess I can't use this mic with it attached so will have to switch up which type of video I'm going to shoot.

      Check out the handlebar go pro accessory. That should work with the gopro osmo pocket cage.

    wait, how did you connect the dji pocket with your phone when you were driving? I thought the only way to connect is the phone adapter.

    Love the vibe, enthusiasm, professionalism and info. However you are literally the only person in the world that doesn't love the wheel functionality specially for smooth panning etc. Those mics you made, wow made all the difference (although the on board is pretty good)

    I would like see options of accessories to osmo pocket more cheaper to buy. All this in the video is so expensive.

    • @OT4Tech
      @OT4Tech  5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I don't see how $20 and $25 for lenses and $30 for a "cage" is expensive. Accessories directly from DJI such as the wireless base and thumb wheel are expensive but there isn't any alternatives.

    This gimble cover is not recommended by dji since by default the gimble is positions on the side and we have to force it to bring to front and then with the lock make it hold in that position for longer time. Even without dji's recommendation I feel this is not good for long term performance of gimble

    • @OT4Tech
      @OT4Tech  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      What do you mean? There is no forcing. When the gimbal is turned off it naturally rotates.

    • @GoodManPictures
      @GoodManPictures 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@OT4Tech My gimbal does not naturally rotates. When I make it front face and then leave it, it moves back to its normal position side facing.

    • @OT4Tech
      @OT4Tech  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      There is no locking mechanism that holds it in that position. Gravity can make the gimbal spin if you tilt the Osmo Pocket. This is why that gimbal lock exists because if you put the Osmo Pocket in your bag it will rock back and forth which could break it. Being in the gimbal lock is no different than being put back in it's box. Plus, unless you can show me where DJI specifically states they do not recommend that accessory then what you're telling me is false.

    • @GoodManPictures
      @GoodManPictures 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@OT4Tech I don't think any brand has a time to review all the accessories of 3rd parties and give their reviews so this information is not available on their website. I checked from dji support and got a response but it is your choice if you agree with it or not. I will not take the risk.

    Thanks for the great info and ideas...I am waiting on my ozmo pocket to get here...Probably tomorrow. I'm going to use it in a casino to record my slot play. I like it because of the small size so it won't draw a lot of attention.....Thanks again..

    Understand wide angle is too heavy for the motors.

    • @OT4Tech
      @OT4Tech  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I disagree, it only interferes with the calibration process. This is the same thing with some ND filters.
