Straight Outta Compton (2015) SYNOPSIS: In 1988, a groundbreaking new group revolutionizes music and pop culture, changing and influencing hip-hop forever. N.W.A's first studio album, "Straight Outta Compton," stirs controversy with its brutally honest depiction of life in Southern Los Angeles. With guidance from veteran manager Jerry Heller, band members Ice Cube (O'Shea Jackson Jr.), Dr. Dre (Corey Hawkins), Eazy-E, DJ Yella and MC Ren navigate their way through the industry, acquiring fame, fortune and a place in history.

The difference between Eazy and Magic Johnson is that magic found the HIV in the very early stages when it wasn't fatal yet and showed no symptoms. He found at the point where the medicine at the time was effective at stopping the virus from turning into AIDS vs Eazy who most likely had the virus for many years as it slowly evolved into AIDS. The medicine would have been wasted on Eazy for there was nothing that could be done at the point.

@@Bloombaby99 I know this losing 2pac , Biggie , Eazy E even though self admitted I'm not a fan of his but still , Aaliyah losing them fucked up the game we got stuck with clowns like Beyonce , Jay Z , Kanye West the list goes on fools not worth shit . I've said this a 1,000 times & I will continue to till the I die music not just hip hop but music all together died when the 90s ended while some stuff was enjoyable when the 2000s started by 2005 shit just hit the fan & that only proved the point further that music died when the 90s ended & even though some musicians are still alive today , doesn't change the facts that old school music is all that matters ?

I remember a story my parents would tell me. He passed away the same year I was born, they weren’t fans but the neighbor kid was and that poor guy was heartbroken. My mom would try to cheer him up by making him pancakes all while he played with me

It is said in some circles that, "everything, and I mean everything happens for a reason". I don't pretend to know the, "why's", but I know the "who's". I am a 53 yo white suburban mom. I was so busy trying to live in those days that I didn't listen. I chose to not try to understand. I chose to judge instead. Now here I am 53 and I am learning. I am still, learning. Easy-E, TuPac, Biggie..your messages are still heard. Your lessons are still being taught. There are those of us who are studying and learning. Thank You..
