The things breloom does to remain relevant in OU get funnier and funnier with each generation. We're at the point where it still has access to the best move in the game but it'll just... not run that move sometimes.
even in ag which is the main format i play, loom is still viable. lorb tera fighting loom can ohko both mirai and korai after +2 and ofc it still destroys stall. mirai making electric terrain doesnt help since switching just means theyll sd and sweep u

instead of technician, just give these mons moves with 100BP or higher and give them an actual ability. i’m supposed to be happy my 40 BP move is now 60? nah just give me something strong to begin with
Idk I think technician is a great ability. Most high BP moves have to have some type of disadvantage to balance, but on the flip side some low BP moves have nice secondary effects like priority. I also think it’s cool when Pokémon run off meta sets and technician mons have more flexibility in their sets b/c of the ability
breloom literally gets cc and seed bomb if it wanted higher power stab, mach and bullet seed with techinician are wayyyyyy better though it also gets bulk up, stone edge, gunk shot, and if it wants hp recover then drain punch. i'm not sure why you are saying this like breloom gets no good moves
