This is amazing. So the Shatter effect's 'Custom Shatter Map' looks for any image with white lines on a black background to guide the shatter pattern?
I realize we can use yours, but I just want to be clear on how that works. Thanks!

Pretty much! More lines, the more breaks there will be. I used Plexus to create the map as it’s super quick to create random lines.

So white lines and black BG is the way to go.

I'm working in Ae (22), the settings are all as in the video, but when breaking letters, my particles fly as if they have a wiggle effect on them

I had my composition in 4k and it was doing the glittering thing but I brought it down to 1080p and now it's working
