I live just south of Devil's Camyon in the small community of Navajo. There are two shafts on the east side of Navajo Mountain. They're both full of water and debris. Lots of artifacts have came out of Devil's Canyon over the years.
One of the most interesting stories that I've read is actually here in Texas it talks about how a Mexican cow hand on a ranch in the Guadalupe mountains found a cave that had a couple of skeletons in it with their rifles and some Wells Fargo strong boxes
As a kid I did some hunting in wisdom canyon right by soldier spring mountain. The old lady that lived there had crates of bullets and artifacts they had found over the years. She long since died so I lost my in unfortunately. It is all private property and extremely rough terrain. Definitely get permission people have disappeared in the area. Thanks for the story.
I cant even listen to the whole video. Not impressed at all by fake human voices. A 10 year old would make it more interesting and real. can't believe people are SO dam lazy they can't narrate.
@DaltonGang10p Mt Scott is the highest elevation in Oklahoma, and it's practically a big hill. I've lived in Okc and all over Oklahoma my entire life. Go somewhere besides Turner falls and show me massive sheer cliff faces in the desert. Oklahoma isa plains region.
@ welp. You need to be more researched and informed everything you’ve said is wrong. Black mesa is the Highest elevation in Oklahoma. Nice try tho champ. Epic failure
When they are talking about the Wichita Mountains, I expect pictures of the Wichita Mountains, not the Rockies or Palo Duro. Also hate the mechanical voice. Use an Okie to tell the tale, so they can at least get the name pronunciations right.
one of the best stories yet due to all the info given. ty
Been walking these rock hills all my life. Been lucky enough to see what’s left of some of these sites.

Did you read that in a book or old newspaper or just an oral story people tell? Do ya recommend any books about old treasury stories or even history?

They couldn't find those swords again because they were taken, or destroyed, but I bet they were not lost!!😮😮😮
Devils canyon is in the Quartz mountains, some distance from the Wichitas.
@@eldredfuchs4783 quartz mountains are the western edge of the Wichita mountains
"AU''' let's go 👍
Please do away with the AI voiceover. It would be much more enjoyable were it narrated by a knowledgeable enthusiast.

@ you’re correct about them using a bunch of stock photos from other mountain ranges in this video. But, your facts are off.
