I got that one in green brought in from the seiko store here in Kuwait at the al khout mall ..Its small but I love it ..nice detail and quality watch wear it swimming to the gym and to work..goes good with button ups and tee shirts

Great review there Mista, I’m always looking for new reviews of this model of Seiko 5 series (blue, green, black, etc,etc), yours it’s truly enjoyable. One thing I have noticed it’s that many reviews compared this seiko 5 to the orient Kamasu and even if the kamasu has better specs you can’t compare Seiko to Orient even though they are both owned by epson. Seiko it’s just the Toyota from the watches world.
Great video! Wanna get this model, but is that white ring on the dial white or more a bone color and does it match the hands and markers? Bc I saw a review in the blue model and on that one they were not the same white color.

Is it a good buy? I wanted to buy the pepsi sport one. But the pepsi one is not on sale. And this one is on huge sale. But i am not feeling the mesh bracelet, i will end up spending the same amount if i buy a strapcode bracelet for this. Also the reviews for this one are not positive. People saying it doesnt allign and doesnt keep time. You have to adjust it every week. What do you think? I am confused af.
For the money, I would have no problem owning this piece however I already own the KING TURTLE as my diver and the older Seiko 5 sport which I’ve had for years. I have not seen the issues you speak of myself but I can tell you the Milanese style mesh bracelet is awesome and I want to get it for my King TURTLE. Nice review but this watch is taken into a pool, river or the sea at the owner's peril - non-screw down crown is a huge no no. And 100m does not guarantee water proofness. Even 200m doesn't necessarily guarantee it. Only a watch with designated "Diver's 200m" or ISO denomination will enable a watch to be used when swimming. I have used my 175€ Citizen 200m Diver's in the sea and river on a regular basis with no problems at all. Seiko make a "PADI" range of aquatic watches that will withstand swimming and diving use.
Yes..you better be careful...I don't go into the pool much without screw down crown, except the odd time in my Seiko5 sport but no under water too much. Thanks for watching. cheers
Usato Seiko 5 Sports al mare tutta l'estate ,fatto snorkeling e tuffi e non è successo mai niente all'orologio. Io di Seiko mi fido se dice che è impermeabile a 100 metri lo è per davvero e anche di più,perché normalmente vengono testati al di sopra dell'impermeabilità dichiarata. Seiko 5 Sports può benissimo essere l'orologio che puoi fare di tutto e la corona non a vite non preclude nuotate, snorkeling,tuffi ecc. Mentre se vuoi invece fare subacquea professionale con bombole ecc ed avere come Backup un orologio Seiko Turtle è perfetto quindi Seiko 5 Sports ha una destinazione ben definita che va bene per tutte quelle persone che non necessitano di un Diver professionale per fare vere immersioni. Per me Seiko 5 Sports è un ottimo orologio per tutti i giorni ad un prezzo direi perfetto, ci si può sbizzarrire con tanti quadranti e cinturini, quindi per me Seiko 5 Sports promosso a pieni voti. That is a lovely watch but your old seiko does look so good with the nato strap, it would be the old one for me.
