- Namaskaar Dosto, is video mein maine aapse surge protectors ke baare mein baat ki hai, aapne aksar suna hoga surge protectors ke baare mein, but confused bhi honge ki yeh kya hai? kaise kaam karta hai? aur kya aapko ek surge protector lena chahiye ya nahi? aur sabhi se bada sawaal ki ek surge protector aur ek fuse ya circuit breaker mein kya difference hai? maine is video mein aapke inhi sawaalo ke jawab diye hai, umeed hai ki video aapko pasand aayegi.

Basically surge protector helps to minimize the transient (which is of short duration and often of HIGH magnitude) but a fuse acts to limit the HIGH Load current(which is of long duration and comparatively of lower magnitude than surge ).And both comes under Protection Scheme But fuse and circuit Breaker is completely different thing (fuse does not have the making capacity)
Hey i have a doubt, I'm buying a extension board... Recently i saw a video on yt, he recommended to buy belkin extension board which has surge protector, and i have always used the one with a glass fuse (bought from a nearby shop). My use case is connecting speaker, monitor, laptop chargers,phone chargers to extension board
What do u think is better belkin or normal extension board with fuse

surge protector since UPS is used with PC as it doesn't have battery backup which in case of laptop is avilable
