Rick even said, "I don't know if Chumlee ate his Wheaties this morning, but he is making me a LOT of money here!" I want to see that episode, where Rick sees Chumlee be a solid asset to the store.

I love how much Chum is always thinking about Rick like a son would a father. You can tell he holds him in a high regard. I enjoy their chemistry a lot.

His Father died young at 54. So he likely gravitated towards Corey's Father as a surrogate Father being Corey was his best childhood friend and he was at their home a lot. I grew up with out a Father as a teen and young adult also. I got a lot of advise from one older man whom I befriended at work that had sons just a little younger than me. We were work buddies and eventually drinking buddies after work etc. Similar relationship. I can relate.
It always amazes me how much chum lee actually knows about random things. For someone that is labelled by the show as dumb, he actually is quite intelligent.
The customer always highballs and the shop always low balls because they need to get it established they’re not giving as much or near as much as they think from the jump
He always gives a really bad price at first but he will always go higher if the seller asks because he is a bad negotiator. Rick always offers a price in the ballpark of what he is willing to pay, chum always lowballs and then pays too much anyway.
Chumlee is a quiet genius. He knows when to cut the deal when the customer goes cheap, he knows when to call an expert when to bring the price down, and he knows how to play "smart" cop "dumb" cop (he only does dumb cop when paired). He's the best out of the group!
When the children are grown, teen pregnancy suddenly becomes pride-worthy. In a way it is, since she didnt screw up motherhood being a teen. Having said that, almost all mothers were teens & even early teens historically, as humans died so young. But hey they didnt have instagram accounts to curate to the world

Lol well they do have a general idea on the range of a lot of things, but not as much the specifics of what places an item at a certain point in that scale. Grading items can be weird and sometimes depend more on the others available then how they actually look, like if an item is in objectively bad shape, but all or most of the others still in circulation are also, it could still be at the higher end of prices.

This is one of best put together pawn star vids I've seen. Most of them you could get the true genuine feelings between the guys. The couple last ones were more pre written. But most had genuine fun and laughter. Great vid.

btw : just so you know the "thickener" thats mixed with the gas is "Ivory Snow Flakes" soap .. works just perfect for jelling the fuel mix , we mixed it up when we attended fire fighting school while in the service , we needed it to learn how to fight a fire with it when at school .. the stuff was the nastyest thing we ever had to put out , the stuff just didn't want to go out.
