80's by far had the best music. I loved growing up in the 80's. We were so lucky.

The male singer is Rory Dodd a Canadian rock vocalist and I agree he nailed his part.

I the 80’s we only had music. .the videos didn’t come out Until the late 90’s. Remember the gentleman that came through the door in the first 20 seconds if the video, it’s the same person

Love Bonnie Tyler. Did you see what she posted during the eclipse in April, when this song was on demand on Spotify, etc.? "Every now and then it hits the charts." :)

Doug, this song was originally written about and for vampires, like the song "I'll do anything for love: by Meatloaf, it was written by the same person who wrote that.

Amazing song written by Jim Steinman. And he truly enjoyed it because he wasn't watching the ridiculous video :) "Turn around bright eyes" is sung by Rory Dodd. An amazing vocalist who never got the fame he deserved as he stayed in the shadows doing background vocals.

It was the 80’s, they were all pretty ridiculous (barring MJ). Not bad compared to many

Bro. That smoky voice! I tell you on the men's side, Kenny Rogers has a voice like that. Kenny Rogers Sweet Music Man would be a good one for reaction. Those 70s and 80s tunes knew how to hit the feelings.

This was written as a vampire love song for a play that never got produced, thus the weird video.

I appreciate it that your not fake and just pretend you like every song. The only I unsubscribed to anyone for knocking a song was when it was a very patriotic song written in response to 9/11. He didn’t have to like the song but openly mocking it in that context I thought was really disrespectful and simply not ok. But yes. In any other instance I think you should be honest because you can tell when they’re giving you baloney and then you’re not interesting anymore

Hey, Doug. As stated before, you need to check out "Holding Out For A Hero" from the soundtrack to the 80's mega smash teen movie "Footloose". It will change your life.
And the concept of music video's originated in the 70's when they had video juke boxes in bars and clubs. It wasn't until the very early 80's that MTV came along and the video's went from just performance's to concept mini-movies.
And for heavy voices also check out out Joe Cocker. He was kinda rock/folk/blues influenced. You might dig him.
