My 2018 was just 2 dog bones to lower it by 15mm ,I bought genuine yamaha parts fir under £50,fitting was a pain as the 2 nuts are very awkward to get spanners on especially the top one as you can barely move the spanner to loosen and tighten it up,but worth it as I can now get both feet flat on the ground and I'm 6ft2,then to lower the front I put bike on center stand loosened the 6 bolts clamping forks and pumped the front end a bit at a time, used a steel ruler to get the 15mm lower on forks worked well.

Have you tried lowering the forks?
Yes in about 1.5 inches
What's your inseam? Mines 29 and I'm tip toeing like you after it was lowered.
Its 31. I did lowered the front fork for 1 inch.
Don’t forget to subscribe bro
@@lasvegasmotospeed7387 do you think its affected the handling since you lowered it?
Not at all..more aerodynamics
@@forgot2wipeit affected for cornering but it more stable in highways speed. It up to you
Did you not drop the front forks through ability more?
Yes for 1 inch
The forks should be lowered by the same mm as the back so handling is not affected.
Omg watching bolt removal even sped up took forever, in real time must have taken hours.
