It is nice that they give you the Razer logo stickers though, you can basically add 5x the value to anything you sell.

I have the older white version with a window. I'm so happy to see cases without 5.25" drive bays. Haven't used a drive this size since like 2006. I do wish there was 2x 2.5" bays for more SSDs.

That cable management panel is the best thing I've seen in a new case yet.
I was actually able to install a thick 120mm Cooler Master AIO with dual fans in push pull configuration in the front of the case (without removing the cable management bar). I did this by screwing the radiator into the bottom most mounting holes and then used 2 zipties to suspend the radiator from the 2 middle mounting points. Although this does exhaust the hot air onto the GPU, everything still seems to be running fine. Which is quite a testimony due to the fact that I built the computer with an FX 9370 and a GTX 980ti.
I think that logo adds 15 bucks

+Trash ID i have an x99 deluxe/5820k system with a 980 in my s340 (white, non razer), and it works just fine. cpu at 4.3 ghz gets to 65 degrees with a cooler master 280L and a rather quiet fan profile (swapped the jetflos for Noiseblocker eloop 140s) and the gpu gets to about 60 (inno3d airboss x4 cooler).

Looks great, I've already chosen my next case for skylake refresh cpu and pascal gpus which is 750D from corsair airflow edition, im sure it's going to look great next to my razer devices
I have the blue H440 and I love the design but there's 2 things that I absolutely HATE about the case. Not sure if this applies to the S340. My biggest issue with the H440 is it's window and it's matte black finish. The black is a fingerprint magnet! I still have fingerprints on my case from the day I built it. I've tried everything to remove them and it either makes it worse or it doesn't do anything at all. My 2nd issue is the window. The first time I cleaned the window it got scratched. Every time I clean the window it adds more scratches to it. I'm actually planning on finding a replacement window or just removing the whole side panel and adding a glass window. Other than those 2 things the case is great.

How do I get the LED to work? I've connected the molex to the LED but only the fans work and not the lights. Why is that?
I personally would love to see at the end of case videos like this, a slide show of different configurations; SLI/Crossfire. Variety of CPU coolers, Storage solutions, etc
It would really help people visualize their build in a case and it would save me the hassle of searching for people with a build similar to what i have in mind
You don't need to search for completed builds very much to plan a PC, you just gotta make sure all the info you can get matches up, like the graphics card not being too long, the motherboard not being the wrong form factor, a high-enough wattage PSU, and enough fans/radiators of the right diameter.
+Mike Peabody You missed the point. its not a matter of compatability. PCpartpicker practically does that all for you. My point was I'd like to see a variety of builds because for some people including myself, if i plan on upgrading a case and i have say an air cooler and SLI'd cards. the build in this video doesnt look very much like mine. So what i would normally do is go online and google say a "sli in nzxt s340" and try to find a build with similar parts. But i'd really like a quick slide show of just various styles of building the case. And this would be more applicable on a more modular case but this is the most recent case video so i thought it was relevent to comment here before anything else

I have the NZXT H440 Razer Editon, the LEDs had some problems but I got most of them working :)
So I just got this case and I absolutely love it. For some reason though, the button on the back won't continuously activate the lights. When I press it, the lights turn on no problem but I have to hold the button if I want the lights to stay on. Can someone offer a suggestion or a fix?
if you wondering a gtx 980 ti g1 gaming will fit in this case but you are going to have to remove that little bar with the razor logo on it and make cable management a lot harder

bought it, and build a pc, but THE LEDS DONT WORK, pks help meeee, HDD led doesnr work and neither front or down leds, none of the cables are broken or no secured
Issue I'm seeing... Generally, the front fans are used as an intake. Given the setup, an exhaust is out of the question due to the case sucking in air from underneath. This, however, will greatly increase heat in the case with a watercooling setup (whether it be custom or AIO) as the heat from the radiator will just be pushed into the case, causing potential temperature problems with overclocked GPUs and/or RAM.

Would it really be tough for them to have a slim slot loading optical drive mount in the side of the front bezel?
Could you please review Aerocool xPredator x3 please. It's a cheep mid tower case and could be used to make a cheap gaming pc at the moment or a over kill because it has a really good airflow and lots of space. Thanks.
I'd really like to get a version of the S340 with the matte finish from this edition but without all the Razer branding and lights etc. Best of both worlds in my opinion (cleanness + nicer finish)

Just did a build in a Phanteks Enthoo Pro M, it was a pleasure doing so. It looks to be the better case compared with this on IMHO

Dear case manufacturers,
If you're going to add a feature to your low end case, can you please add it to your premium cases. For example, the S340 has washers to avoid scratching your case, while my white h440 which i bought in August doesn't and has already scratched the white paint job. Also why in the S340 is the power light and the hd light different lights but on the h440, it's one light.

As much as I like the Razer's idea I'd still like to see a branded Define R5! Man, the Titanium Grey on itself looks fantastic at daylight. Couple it with poisonus green and it would've been perfect.
This case just sounds like a lot more work than it's worth. Only "redeeming" quality is the LED under-lighting. Which you could easily add to any case yourself.

hello linus group ...when plaining a build do they think about reducing the twist and bends in cables management this reduced electro magnet IF the have a clean signal.

An easy mod for the front light issue would be to just add some knife connectors with a decently tight piece of heat shrink. Not that everybody has access to those and crimpers though.

The case does seem to attract some fingerprint marks (can see some at 2:40 and 2:57). Probably would come off easily with windex.
