    One of the best camera placements in an aviation video. Literally a bird's eye view from the cockpit!

    I always enjoy the cockpit view the best. From the subdivision where our house is in Silang, Cavite we can see Lake Laguna and we can also see People's Park In The Sky. I really enjoy the area where we have our house as we only have about a 15 minute drive to Tagaytay. Even though we are due north of Taal and we were there when it erupted I wouldn't change where we live. The house got covered with volcanic ash after the eruption and I lost count how many times that it shook from the never ending volcanic earthquakes. Thanks for the great view Captain sir.

    Your video is similar to the Air France Capt I follow in IG but I dont mind coz I get to see those local landmarks from up there. I think its better to wait long for the take off clearance rather than not flying at all this pandemic. Hope to see more and thanks for giving us this video during pandeminc especially to the aviation enthusiasts out there like me.

    When you caption ATR is for pilot with bigger balls, natawa ako kase I remember how terrifying it was nung first time kong nakasakay dun. It was a replacement flight kase nagka issue yung scheduled A-300 from CEB-MLA. Ramdam mo ang each turbulence at mapapadasal ka talaga. Nagka halo ata ako pagbaba ko sa NAIA. lol

    • @mvpgrisom
      @mvpgrisom  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Must admit the ATR is more prone to turbulence since it cannot climb as high as jets. Pero I can personally vouch for the guys driving up front as some of the best the industry has to offer. There was even a time when the experience requirements needed to apply as an ATR pilot was higher than the Airbus. In the end the airplane is just as safe as the people who make it fly-from the ground crew, mechanics, cabin crew and pilots. 🙂

    Also learned something new today, didn't know that only one engine is running when taxiing for departure! 😁👌🏼
    Btw Capt, if it's okay to ask, is the one-engine-out taxi an SOP or pilot's discretion po? :)

    • @mvpgrisom
      @mvpgrisom  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yup! It’s SOP meaning we should do it unless there are conditions that prohibit it like being over the maximum one eng. taxi weight, inoperative systems, slippery taxiways etc.

    • @JAM-xo1wj
      @JAM-xo1wj 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mvpgrisom Oh I see po... :)

    • @mvpgrisom

    Hindi po ba mahirap mag drive sa gabi sa NAIA? since pansin ko yung taxi way kulang kulang ng lights, hindi katulad ng ibang int. Airport, and has minimum of exit and entrance taxi way pag nag land

    • @mvpgrisom
      @mvpgrisom  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Para sa local pilots hindi masyado kasi kabisado na namin lahat ng taxiways. Pero ang NAIA ang isa sa pinakamahirap para sa foreign pilots kasi hindi talaga kasing ganda ang lighting and signage facilities gaya sa ibang bansa. Mahirap lalo na kung gabi at maulan.
