Hamilton Edelen ok so I just received the shaft and here is my first impression. Very light weight at 5.3 oz, the shaft seems sturdy for youth level play for sure although in hs I could see it breaking after use but again seems pretty study, the shaft has mid flex on it which I can sort of feel if I weighed down it on and when shooting hard but passing I couldn’t really notice it and even when shooting it’s not really noticeable, also one thing I like is that the shaft has a nice feel to it and it’s grainy if I had to describe it but also soft at the same time. One other point I would like to add is that the butt end it comes with is like a hard plastic which feels good with your gloves on. Overall amazing shaft for the price, in youth levels of play this would be fine but once a player reaches hs I would strongly advise you go for an epoch shaft.
When you do review videos I think you should let the other guy use the head in your live reps too because I want to see if the head helps or if you are just better
Love the Duel for its flex but also love the 2F for its scoop and durability. They both have their pros and cons, dont think one is superior over the other.

Good for youth players to faceoff with? I am finding when trying to help youth faceoff guys they can’t pinch the ball with many FO specific heads as they are simply not strong enough. Since this is a noodle it might help?
