    Fourth! Cool recipe, although felt a bit worried about the lack of audio in the middle... but seems it was intentional :)

      😆 Glad you liked! The lack of audio IS intentional, but only because I decided it didn't matter as much as I always assumed it did. The idea here was to produce the 2 videos as quickly and as easily as possible. I had both versions filmed, edited, and uploaded in just under 3 hours this morning! Usually, it takes 8 to 12! And, generally speaking, I find the music in cooking videos annoying and just couldn't see sampling dozens of (free) music tracks this morning. So far, you're the only viewer to have noticed--or cared, it seems! In any case, I'm experimenting to figure out what will come next on TTC. Change is on the horizon!

    I’m going to try this but make it even easier. Put the zoodles in the ring. Top with pesto and then the raw egg. Cook. The egg will spread and hold it all together.
