As someone who is addicted to bob braids, i realize that when i do braids and dip them in hot water then cut them later, they're way too flexible and never bend in. But when I braid them and then cut them immediately, the bob and curve in very nicely. Crotchet ones aren't gonna bend because they're usually very loose braids and it would need to be tightly braided to curve.
