That owner is so awesome. He's honest about his challenge. If it weighs off, he fixes it. That's a good man. Most owners wouldn't mind making it heavy. It's already a tough challenge and he knows it. He places a decent reward, with that honesty to back it up. I'll try it when I go that way sometime. I'm definitely not gonna be able to finish. But I just want the experience, the leftovers and to leave a good tip.

That is the Son of the owner, it is a family owned restaurant and I actually talked to his Mom quite a while a few days later when I was here to watch Eli and Notorious B.O.B. take on the challenge. Adrian is a stand up guy

It was awesome of you to take the time to get some footage of the restaurant and show them off. Owner seemed like a good guy, so I hope you got him some extra business doing that.

I wish I had put the video of the food bein' prepared but I did not get a chance to. I will make a separate video for them since they are so nice of people.
