Great to see, that u continue building the yaris this year I am excited too see howe much of a difference the diff will make! I watched every of Ur videos so far. Greetings from Germany
The LSD will make a big diference entering and exiting corners but since u have the box out i would see wich diff ratio u have and by the last track video i saw ur car have a long 3.7ratio.the factory ratio that comes on the yaris/vitz rs in japan is a 4.3 ratio and this is the box u should find to fitt ur lsd.i would see a light weight flywheel this combo will be a major diference.short ratio gear box,lsd and lighter flywheel
It feels like im not running out of power on the straights, but I also have to brake so much earlier. Overall what felt fast in the 86 was find that slip angle on corner entry and mid corner. I don't quite know how to do that with fwd. Hopefully next time out I'll find it
Looking forward to seeing the Yaris tackle the track with the LSD upgrade. Can't wait for part 2!
I'm thrilled! Def looking forward on how the lsd will actually feel on track in a yaris.
I love your content dude, it's so well made, chill and entertaining. Keep it up ! Love from France :)

Some good tips in this video. I'm going to remember to use a piece of cardboard to note where the bolts go and to also keep the nuts and bolts safe.

I'm putting the 4.3 final drive in as well. Lightweight flywheel is a maybe. I don't know if I'll have the extra money.
@@RassoolRacing nice!
good very good....
I'm right in the middle of the same installation in a low powered fwd car. Very interested to feel the difference
love the video man! I couldnt find a vid on how a lsd works with a fwd
hopefully once mines done, i can shed some light on that. it's going in tomorrow
How has the Cusco LSD been holding up? Whats the longevity on the LSD before needing to be rebuilt?
Nice!!!!!!
Why did you have to drop the subframe to remove the transmission?
I was just doing research on a lsd for my Yaris
What did you find
Do you feel faster driving the 86?

Did I see a header???
👀
Does installing the LSD bump you out of the enthusiast class?
Yes and no. It would have, but with rules changes this rear, and some other mods, I'm 4 points deep into street class this year
Looks like a very time consuming exercise 😮
