Based on this video, I put the HP1 on my 2022 V85TT without changing the rest of the exhaust system. The increase in sound volume is moderate but noticeable and the tone was deepened (with the dB killer removed). No decel popping at all. Very satisfied with the result. Fit was perfect and the install took less than a half hour. There is no heat shield on the connector pipe which isn't an issue for the driver but could be for the pillion rider because it's close to the passenger foot rest.

my request would be to make the header pipes, too, to delete the cats in front of the motor, too. I used a dominator on my dr650 suzuki and found it a great pipe!
