Hi Roy, I have the Bachmann one of these and like yours runs well although my one is very light but as its not expected to pull a train behind it not a problem so well done for getting your one and it just proves that all the manufactorers have the on and off days and we just have to hope the one we buy is on a good day. It was nice to see your trains running and a good idea to get some extra track for "storage" so will look forward to the video and lastly a very Happy Birthday to you well done for getting to 80 and still modelling keep safe and well. I have purchased the points and extra track for the extention, will also have to rebuild the retaining wall as it will have to be higher. At least it keeps us occupied like your new development learning Itrains which I have been following.🚉🚂👍😊
Hi Roy, You have a good looking lay out mate, Trains & coaches always look better populated, With out people they just look like toys, But add people & you have a model, Happy Birthday but you should not count birthdays until you are in three digits mate.
Good presentation, and love your layout, especially the pigeons! I have three of these Dapol class 121's; NSE, Railtrack and Green (BR?), all powered on DCC. I have fitted each with a Soundtrax Econami decoder with iPhone speaker. A major benefit of these decoders is that they include an adjustable lighting dimming function, as I found the interior lighting and directional lighting much too bright on DCC power. None of these locos had any issue with bogie clashes, despite several TH-cam videos showing such problems. Where did you buy the Shuttle PCB?
Thanks for your comments. I purchased the shuttle from www.ebay.co.uk/str/shockwavesshop, it is an SS1 by Block signaling and was £11.99 with free postage. Bargain.
Hi there i have one of those but a Welsh Dragon version.I think i have had it a couple of years now and its been great tbh.I need to service it and was checking with you how to take the body off.Thank you.
When all my parts arrive I'll look into how to remove the body proberbly next week. I do know there is a screw hidden under the corridor connector bellows.
@@roystrains Thank you, there are four screws holding the seats on.I gave the motor and flywheels a tiny drop of oil. (pleased to see there were two :) and put some light oil on the worm gear.I have subscribed to your channel and your layout looks great!

Sorry I mistook your question for a video I put out today class 466, thought you were refering to that.
So, as I do not see any steam locos on your layout, I must assume you are too young to remember them !!!
