During installing of safety valve we have installed at equally distance, if we have using three safety valve means 1 lefts side and another 2 right side, if in case left side safety valve jammed then right side boths are free to pop, suddenly more steam from one side release it's slightly tends to lift the drum, so we always installed this Safety valve at equal distance for best Operation.

Sir, if 1 kg coal burns with 9.779 kg air required then 1 cu.mtr air weight is 1.03 kg, so we can calculate 9.779*1.03 =10.072 cu.mtr air required to burn 1 kg of coal?

Low vacuum means accumulation of non condensing gas increase which is inversely proportional to Turbine work done or efficiency, at very high vacuum chances of condensation increases which may damage the last stage blades.
