I’ve watched some of the other “Texas based channels” and I to say that The Smiths are truly in a league of their own. You are authentic and compassionate which is something that we don’t see enough of on TH-cam.

The kids together would be SO fun. Hopefully Matt and Mere can include their little puppy too! Then all the family members will have some fun. It would be a great mix actually - the boys are similar in age and their girls are close to London's age. It will be funny though because London is TOTALLY into TH-cam, etc. where as Addy and Annie could care less, haha.

I’m going to be honest... I don’t really know of any other family vloggers....maybe Off The Ranch? Matt and Mere.
But one thing I do know, Granger said in the Q&A if there was a certain version of a song we wanted, to just mention it... well...Granger we still want the stripped down version of Dirt Roads lol!!!!

I think it would be cool to see a multi family video. Smith's, Real Americans, Off the Ranch (Aka Demolition Ranch), and Lake Life families. Very excellent you tube families doing one big welcome to 2020.
Perfect corn bread.
1 cup of self rising yellow corn meal
1 tablespoon of flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 cup of bacon grease
2 eggs
Add buttermilk until mixture dribbles of a fork
Pour into a pre-heated cast iron skillet bake 425° or dutch oven over campfire until done. 20-25 minutes
Optional: SPICY
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
I never measured exactly, because that's how my grandmother taught me... a little of this & a little of that. Enjoy

I didn't check all the comments but I didn't see any chatter about what I noticed when you guys were setting up the tent upstairs. The focus was Granger with the tent mostly center & to the left but in the lower right hand corner was a little red balloon! It bounced around just like the kids did & I thought 'Aww, Riv's there too!' I almost lost it!
My collab nomination has to be Deer Meat for Dinner, Robert & Sarah Arrington. A true YT'er that basically rose from the ashes to be where he is now. Wholesome, Christian, family, but a fisherman, hunter, ecologist and a real nice guy. They make sure to say the blessing after a catch, clean, & cook! He's a fav because he's local to where I grew up in south Florida. He loves to collab with the smaller YT'ers and will even bring in somebody he's met at a meet & greet for a hog hunt or a small fishing trip. Any creature they ever harvest is never wasted. Give him and his brother, BlueGabe, a watch!
