    Love that they played a song that’s over 10 years old. I remember seeing thee guys in Rock Island, IL to about 40 people back in 2010. Great group, happy to see they got the recognition they deserve.

      it's nice they still feel connected to the americana when a lot of the music they are making now has psych rock swirling guitar...which I love but can't deny how great wagonwheel blues was

      Huge Dylan vibe! I love this! That mandolin shines in this, such a sweet earthy feel, a song to watch the sunset go down. Gonna find more from these guys to see if this is just a one-off.

I love this band and saw them 3 times in NYC and can't wait to see them live again. Listen to Wagonwheel Blues and Lost in the Dream and A Deeper Understanding.       Charlie Hall has always played with gusto no matter what instrument he plays. He used to sit in on guitar with Adam even before he was a member of the band. He always appeared to be having the time of his life whether on keys, guitar or drums!!!

I've been introduced to them in 2015 and in love with them ever since! and wonderful in live in concert too and I miss seeing them live and can't wait to see them live again! Really blown away when I saw them live especially at Radio City Music Hall, and 2 other concerts in NYC as well. We all gotta stay healthy to see them perform live again.

      Absolutely! They are all such multitasker performers that I was pleasantly surprised that all 6 were playing guitars; stretching my brain neurons - the usual non-guitarists playing guitar, in addition to all the other instruments they all play, and I wish I could just play one!

      @@paulakinzer3917: How can you say it's Bob Dylan voice perfection? I can do a Dylan imitation and this isn't it. My first and still my first thought is Tom Petty, vocal and song-writing style. Tom Petty began his career by hiring top session players to back him up, including bass and drums to come off as a rock band. He's a deceptive song-writer for his audience. If you sing "Free-falling" and substitute "free-basing" it makes more sense.

    Thanks, Mister Colbert, for turning me on to the Bob Dylan of the 2020's (my 1st impressions anyhow). Also, love the double-entendre of this band's name. "The War... on drugs?"
    I do have to ask however, and I mean it with all respect as I LOVE the house band... Did y'all get permission for that riff that sounds so much like music from West Side Story? Or, because it is probably only a half-dozen or fewer notes, maybe music copyright makes that permissible? It often happens even by happenstance. Just curious whether that was intentional. It seems like it must be...🤷‍♂️

    As a pow in the war on drugs I notice drugs have won the war and now generate vast sums of taxes for the loser of the war , our government goes from throwing me in jail for weed to bleeding me dry with taxes and plant count limits .
