I switched to buttermilk brining about a year ago and have never looked back. You can actually just beat a few spoons of yogurt with water salt and sugar and it’s a very cost effective way of getting the desired result. If the brine tastes good the chicken will taste good too. Works for whole chickens to prior to roasting. Great recipe thanks.
Ready to make this for thanksgiving next week. I love how you spoke about not double dipping into the first batch of flour. This fried chicken looks crispy and juicy.
The chicken looks amazing. Is there a minimum amount of time to brine the chicken? Like, if I decided at the last minute to make this can I brine for just 2 or 3 hours instead? Thanks.

Yummy😋😋😘
Looks so yummy 😋❤️❤️
Going to have to try this version! What oil did you use to fry the chicken?
I used regular vegetable oil dear.
You're cute. Keep up the good vibes. Would not mind tasting some of your cooking. 👌 Saint Lucia n Berbice
Hey welcome and thank you.
@@candythaglamcook So is that a yes? Be safe. Bon Appetit
Why do you bring the chicken to room temperature before frying
Because the chicken cooks more evenly and has a better texture that way.
OMG!!!!
Do you have a recipe for wings with not much flour? Just lightly breaded, I don't want thick Breader wings
Only dip it in flour once instead of twice for lightly breaded wings.
My husband likes his lightly coated and I double dip mine for crisper results.
Would love to make this! Can you provide measurements?
1 teaspoon each of the seasonings to season the wings 2 cups of flour also adding 1 tsp of each seasoning to season the flour.
😍😍😍
You should make a new video and make your own sauce to go over it like lemon peoper
I do have a lemon pepper video. And other wings videos with different sauces
😎🇬🇾😎🇬🇾
I noticed that you list ingredients but not measurement .
Yeah I'll have to go back and correct that
Measurements are there now. Enjoy
