Great video per usual. You should give the first three seasons of FEAR a chance. If you think the main show's writing was ever good, you'll truly appreciate the LA/Mexico storyline. You know, before Gimple got his hands anywhere near it. All the good and none of the fluff bullshit. As a day one TWD fan, I think the third season of FEAR is the strongest, most cohesive season in the franchise. With someone like you covering it, I think you'd be able to set the table for people to actually go into the show without expectations concerning the mothership. Those first 3 will be considered a cult classic some day in the future.

Rick would not leave his family to find Daryl. In TOWL all he talked about was being angry about the time he lost with Michonne and his children. He even said to Michonne "This is the last time we're apart".
Yeah I think a lot of a fans are really underestimating Rick’s (even more so now that he’s back home after everything) commitment to his family. He’s not going off to search for Daryl of all people when he just met his son for the first time and saw his daughter for the first time since she was a toddler 😂😂😂
I would honestly love to see Chandler Riggs voice an adult animated Carl to give him his justice😂😂. But like you said and as we’ve seen, we never really know where it’s gonna go or what will or won’t happen so only the future will tell if we have the show in animation or not. Though I would love it🙏🙏.
I think people went into the show with unrealistic expectations. I loved it. I would only change the very ending scene. Just move it to the gate of Alexandria.
I don’t want The Walking Dead to stop existing as a franchise, but I definitely want for the stories of these OG characters to finally come to an end. Hinging the franchise on these characters just because they are popular is a bad idea in my eyes, especially since after watching them for so long, they naturally will run out of steam. I can guarantee that if we get a FRESH story comprising of purely new characters that are engaging people will eat it up! Speaking of that, I’ve been saying it for a while, but honestly even without a full on reboot, I’d love to see the story go back to the early days of the apocalypse where survival is more of the focus and we get to explore the more “basic” moral dilemmas of that world again! Personally, the fact that the story is now like almost 20 years in and the characters are still dealing with similar threats without any MAJOR progress in the world being rebuilt just feels…odd, especially compared to the comics where the majority of it takes place within the span of like 5-8 years then there’s one big 20 year timeskip that shows that the world is being rebuilt. So yeah, a fresh start with an original cast and jump back to earlier in the timeline is something I’d eat up. The only thing that prevents me from wanting a full reboot is knowing that some of the interesting lore could be removed, like knowing that variants DO exist (and therefore could be utilized in a story early into the apocalypse). I will say though offhandedly…I’m praying we don’t ever get a cure in the TV Universe. Going back to the whole comic timeline, one of the good parts about seeing them rebuild is knowing they did it without actually figuring out how to end the walkers and through just coming together as people to solve the problem. If the show adds a cure and then has the world focus on rebuilding…it just won’t hit the same.
I’d say go for a mixture of both. I couldn’t imagine anyone playing Rick other than Andrew Lincoln and Jeffrey Dean Morgan will always be my Negan. But I could see Chuck Kourouklis as Hershel, Nick Herman as Glenn, and Brandon Kenner as Jesus since they voiced those characters in the Telltale games. Dave Fennoy voiced Lee in the Telltale games and I could see him being Morgan. Maybe bring back Samira Wiley to reprise her role as Michonne from The Walking Dead: Michonne?

I always find this strange. My least favourite seasons in Fear are 1-3 and 7. 7 is easily the worst season, no debate. S4-6 is easily the peak of the series for me, and the characters within that time period are easily the best. I love most of the characters in the first 3 seasons, but some characters do bring them down for me, and I’m also not a big fan of the desert setting for TWD. I also think there’s something off with the writing, just can’t place it. Madison is annoying as shit sometimes, and I always hear people praising Troy, but he’s just an annoying character for me, no redeeming qualities past his good looks.
@chaddiusmaximus69 It became more like a comic, and thus more like the main show, in season 4. I guess that's your preference? I dig the slow burn approach with a mother doing everything she can to protect her kids. I wish it would've kept the course.
Fear was pretty good in those early seasons. I loved the idea of a family dealing with their own personal issues while now facing an apocalypse. It felt more in tune with reality with what I could see happening. (Like Nick dealing with an opioid addiction - that hit home for me to where I immediately connected with that character and understand his choices, Madison being a mother trying to deal with keeping her family safe, Alicia actually being somewhat likable as a typical teenaged girl/young adult thrown into this new world instead of this over the top superhero styled character, Victor was more grounded and even came off as likeable at times until they ruined him, and I HATE what they did to Daniel’s character in later seasons as he was someone great in the earlier ones…) Then after the dam … absolutely bonkers. Everything was so over the top in an attempt to outdo prior seasons with storylines that felt so far removed from reality that it lost the plot completely. I still go back and watch the first 1-3 seasons from time to time while outright ignoring the rest due to how different they are. Total night and day difference with the writing and pace.

I think more just prefer the earlier seasons as they were more grounded in reality instead of turning into the fantastical storylines it later became known for… Also, I haven’t ever seen praise for Troy outside of the actor that played him? Daniel Sharman (the guy that played him) made him so unlikable that he ended up being likable - the actor pulled that off well. I wouldn’t conflate good acting and people saying how well the character was written to people praising the character in the show, though. I see that twisted a lot. I followed the FTWD community for a long time throughout its airing, and I genuinely saw nothing but contempt for the Troy character during the time he was introduced. Can’t speak to how the community is now, but I definitely remember subreddits and forums dedicated to discussing the shows having numerous posts that were largely against the guy that had a lot of agreement, but many gave the actor praise for making him so twisted that it made him a unique character to delve into and have the family get to know. Even remember a lot of the TH-cam channels that covered the show and the comments around those. Most just hated that his time on the show was cut short, but that’s not praise towards the character themselves as someone good or anything. As for Madison, I saw her as being the most likeable in the earlier seasons. She was a mom doing what she had to do to keep her family safe. Then after the stadium and what they did with her … seriously, what the fck? Complete 180° from how her character was, even if she thought she lost everyone it was still ridiculous as it went against everything that character was prior. It was so over the top for the sake of being over the top. Then the introduction of Morgan … and then he was the focus with the main characters from the beginning being a mere afterthought as they were trying to pull TWD fans over to the sinking ship. … but of course, that’s just how I view the show. I genuinely think it was at its best during the earlier seasons due to how much more in tune with reality it was by following two diverse families from different backgrounds having their own skeletons in their closets … compared to the the stories we later got that had characters that felt like they were just caricatures of comic book villains and superheroes with way too much CGI.
Judith isn’t a bad character. She’s always been there and around everything happening even if she was too young to remember most of it. And the fact that she has so much history tied to her makes her that more interesting in my opinion

Taking a break from The Walking Dead content or at least sparcifying it sounds like a great idea. I just hope and pray you don't start needlessly bad mouthing the show in your videos. The reason I've started watching your content and subscribing, is due to your ability to stay relatively postive about the show when talking about it. I stopped watching Korotos Mystery Shack because he went from comparing the show and comics, to bad mouthing the show when talking and being HEAVILY biased towards the comics
I feel as if this universe needs a breath (and a break) from our current characters we had for 14 years. What I wish, and what I think would be brilliant would be bringing an IRL Television series on The Walking Dead Telltales. New lovable characters, and new storyline that the show gets to pick because the game lets you pick and leaves a lot of room of what story they wish for to happen. Also this could bring back some characters we missed, like Glenn, Jesus, and maybe Michonne.

I think they did what they did to the CRM in TOWL because if Andy does come back for another show he doesn’t want a big battle against the CRM. He wants to get back to simple survivor horror.
Also just because there was an explosion doesn’t mean that the ‘crm’ won’t still be present… Rick grimes and michonne I’m sure are the leaders of it now, I mean they did change everything for them for the better!
As someone who has watched almost all of your uploads.. I agree, there isn’t too much to say about this universe anymore. You have reinvigorated the love many people held for this universe, and it’s a shame AMC doesn’t reciprocate. The situation reminds me a lot of the state of the Halo franchise and that TH-cam community. I think most will respect your decision here. I look forward to whatever topics you cover in the future!
I think they really need to start fresh with the next generation. Judith would be a great protagonist. If they have a well written story with well written developed characters that isn’t cheap and rushed i think it could be really something special that stands as its own show and not just a spinoff.

your channel is good with ALL the horror, scifi, action, ect type stuff. so as ong as your in the general genre, you shoud do just fine! i did first find you thru twd, but then you covered other zombies (28 days and dem), still good. then some scifi like the crazies... still good! just keep bringing vids of stuff you like, thats in the fantasy/adventure/scifi area, and we'll be here

Everyone I know that watched it, stopped after Rick left the series in season 9 🤭I still love it, it drew me in so much I felt like I was a part of Rick’s group 😂 3am in the morning crying when Negan episode first came on omg!! I hated him!! (now I like him) so even though I enjoy the other content you post, TWD is the main reason I’m subbed. I just need a GOT channel & a BB channel to watch 😅😅😅
completely agree, I still enjoy the new shows and still love watching videos on it, but it feels like it's lost its soul. Will always adore the first 6 seasons of the main show and the first 3 seasons of Fear but they really need to freshen things up to keep people interested

2:33 the reason Daryl season two is coming out before dead city season two is because of the strike… dead city couldn’t film, but Daryl got special permission to continue filming through the strike! Daryl is done, dead city is still filming, mahina couldn’t come to the camp because she had to go film for it.
They need to have an alternate timeline where Carl starts talking to Sidique, and Rick walks up and shoots him in the face and says "DTA: DON'T TRUST ANYBODY! 🖕🏻🖕🏻" And then Carl doesn't get bitten and then Rick doesn't get blown up on the bridge. Lmao and it ends up being just like the comics

If The Walking Dead wanted to make a real banger of a ending here is what I think should happen. What Rick and Michonne blew up in the series finally of The Ones Who Live is nothing but a small organization of CRM members. The reality is that the rest of the CRM is now coming after Rick and Michonne to end them and take over their base. During the attack of the CRM on The Commonwealth all Carol, Daryl, Negan, and Maggie come to the battle unknowing of the situation finding out the enemy and somehow infiltrating the CRMs army and becoming inside spies. After a while of fighting the CRM, they finally do capture both Rick and Michonne. As Rick and Michonne are about to be executed in front of everyone all Carol, Daryl, Negan, and Maggie saves them but not without doing so with the deaths of at least 3 major characters.
Thrifty I would hate to see you leave the walking dead but it was some other content that you made that made me subscribe to your channel in the first place.
The last idea is not bad at all. I rewatched the show recently and I found that the show did some things much better than the comics and the comics did some things much better than the show. I believe an animated reboot with the best of both versions would be amazing. Daryl is still around, Carl would be around with Rick facing the Whisperers and the Commonwealth. Also, keep some of the characters alive like the show did that weren’t utilized well in the comics, like keeping Ezekiel and Gabriel around was amazing because they were better than their comic counterparts. Overall blending both would be amazing and I’d love to see what they could do with it
I still assume they'll do a Next Generation take in 5+ years once Flescher is in her early 20s and can lead a show's cast. She's a solid actress and Negan/Daryl/Carol can be the wise elders with rj, laront, and other younger current ones filling out the pack. One of the elders gets Joel'd a la the last of us 2 and they go hunting for the killers
I know it would be impossible to pull off, but them doing a "What If" version of the Walking Dead would be pretty cool to watch. Even if it's not full on series seeing what the writers would envision if events went differently would be neat.
I'd 100% be up for an animated reboot. It seems like it would be much easier and faster to produce, and it could stay consistent with the characters. The writing of the main show and spin-offs has been bad for a while now. They all start off good and slowly decay into a boring and nonsensical mess after a few seasons. I also want another game with new characters that has some elements of Destinies' combat, but is actually good lol. I loved being introduced to new characters in every season of the Telltale games.

If they do go forward with Judith they definitely have to make her less of a Mary sue so she can actually have character development. Her introduction as a character shooting 5 walkers with a colt Python with sharpshooter accuracy to save a group of grown adults was a bit ridiculous
exactly. The last interview he was part of about being back in the franchise he said: never say never Rick Grimes is definitely coming back in the future
My expectation for the franchise is we will eventually get on-screen deaths for most of the major players, but namely Rick. Judith will close out the series with an ending similar to comic Carl. And while I still would have preferred just one clean show (even if it was 12 seasons) without ever losing Rick or Carl in the first place, I’m still pretty satisfied with most of the franchise. Only Fear The Walking Dead completely crashed and burned imo. TOWL, DC, and DD have all been fantastic. (Didn’t watch World Beyond)

The thing you have to realise about the CRM with The Walking Dead is that it’s not completely over just because of that explosion. They exploded the headquarters taking out all of the major important soldiers including Beale, not the city. The city is still there, all of the citizens are still there, so they’re definitely going to continue with them being good people since the bad people are gone.

I honestly think it will be idea 2. Once all of these current sequels end have a reunion show set AFTER Dead City. Have a 2 season or however many season reunion series featuring many of the original cast members (Rick, Michonne, Maggie & Daryl) then have a sort of backdoor then end then end the stories of the OG characters leading into a next generation spinoff. By that time all of the kids would be in their 20s. I think Dead City and Daryl Dixon will have about 4-5 seasons each. There’s more room in there for even more of the Grimes family if Danai & Andy choose to return again before a reunion show
Ehh honestly we all saw how World Beyond preformed with a teen cast I personally don’t think a Judith led show would do all that well because we are losing all the iconic characters that made the show what it was.
I realised after watching and being disappointed by Obi-Wan show that TV series like these Always gaslight us with the trailers, have a great 1st episode, a "you've got me more curious" 2nd episode, only to lag 3rd & 4th, before trying to tie everything up in 2 short 40-60min episodes to disastrous conclusions. I think this show would've been better if it was released alongside the "final" season culminating in the "Reunion" at the end of the final season episode after the Commonwealth. Honestly, they messed up by cancelling season 12 and forcing themselves to rush through to begin the "side-story" phase, which are also meh.

I would love a Judith/ next gen show Cailey Fleming is an amazing actor and a show with Judith, Gracie, RJ and Hershel maybe Laurent would be awesome. Judith could be made into comic Carl she could take on that same badassery believably, image Judith with the grimes hat, her katana, the python, and Daryl's bow if he retires. I would love that!

Thanks for the wonderful video, excellent content as always. I'm burned out on this universe. I love TWD, but I love what it "was" in the glory days. I have rewatched the series several times and I will continue watching the spin-offs. I'm not interested in a reboot, a season 12, or a new generation. I was happy with getting my happy ending for the Grimes family and I guess that's all I really needed 😊. I think I'd time to let the cast that brought me so much happiness move forward with their careers and their lives ❤❤❤❤
I would make a Telltale's game adaptation. We could see the beginning of the apocalypse again going back to the origins and it could allow to new people to get closer to the universe without a reboot
I’m not disappointed at all. Andy just did about a week ago an interview and all he talked about was coming back as soon as they create a great new story more thrown back to the horror aspect of TWD. That could be a season 12 or more. It could be a continuation of TOWL. I know there will be a spinoff of the younger generation of TWD which could be quite good. Not into animation at all.

I don’t want The Walking Dead to stop existing as a franchise, but I definitely want for the stories of these OG characters to finally come to an end. Hinging the franchise on these characters just because they are popular is a bad idea in my eyes, especially since after watching them for so long, they naturally will run out of steam. I can guarantee that if we get a FRESH story comprising of purely new characters that are engaging people will eat it up!
Speaking of that, I’ve been saying it for a while, but honestly even without a full on reboot, I’d love to see the story go back to the early days of the apocalypse where survival is more of the focus and we get to explore the more “basic” moral dilemmas of that world again! Personally, the fact that the story is now like almost 20 years in and the characters are still dealing with similar threats without any MAJOR progress in the world being rebuilt just feels…odd, especially compared to the comics where the majority of it takes place within the span of like 5-8 years then there’s one big 20 year timeskip that shows that the world is being rebuilt.
So yeah, a fresh start with an original cast and jump back to earlier in the timeline is something I’d eat up. The only thing that prevents me from wanting a full reboot is knowing that some of the interesting lore could be removed, like knowing that variants DO exist (and therefore could be utilized in a story early into the apocalypse). I will say though offhandedly…I’m praying we don’t ever get a cure in the TV Universe. Going back to the whole comic timeline, one of the good parts about seeing them rebuild is knowing they did it without actually figuring out how to end the walkers and through just coming together as people to solve the problem. If the show adds a cure and then has the world focus on rebuilding…it just won’t hit the same.

I’d say go for a mixture of both. I couldn’t imagine anyone playing Rick other than Andrew Lincoln and Jeffrey Dean Morgan will always be my Negan. But I could see Chuck Kourouklis as Hershel, Nick Herman as Glenn, and Brandon Kenner as Jesus since they voiced those characters in the Telltale games. Dave Fennoy voiced Lee in the Telltale games and I could see him being Morgan. Maybe bring back Samira Wiley to reprise her role as Michonne from The Walking Dead: Michonne?

Dude, you should give the first three seasons of FEAR a chance. If you think the main show's writing was ever good, you'll truly appreciate the LA/Mexico storyline. You know, before Gimple got his hands anywhere near it. All the good and none of the fluff bullshit.
With someone like you covering it, I think you'd be able to set the table for people to actually go into the show without expectations concerning the mothership. Those first 3 will be considered a cult classic some day in the future.
I always find this strange. My least favourite seasons in Fear are 1-3 and 7. 7 is easily the worst season, no debate. S4-6 is easily the peak of the series for me, and the characters within that time period are easily the best. I love most of the characters in the first 3 seasons, but some characters do bring them down for me, and I’m also not a big fan of the desert setting for TWD. I also think there’s something off with the writing, just can’t place it. Madison is annoying as shit sometimes, and I always hear people praising Troy, but he’s just an annoying character for me, no redeeming qualities past his good looks.
@chaddiusmaximus69 It became more like a comic, and thus more like the main show, in season 4. I guess that's your preference? I dig the slow burn approach with a mother doing everything she can to protect her kids. I wish it would've kept the course.
Fear was pretty good in those early seasons. I loved the idea of a family dealing with their own personal issues while now facing an apocalypse. It felt more in tune with reality with what I could see happening. (Like Nick dealing with an opioid addiction - that hit home for me to where I immediately connected with that character and understand his choices, Madison being a mother trying to deal with keeping her family safe, Alicia actually being somewhat likable as a typical teenaged girl/young adult thrown into this new world instead of this over the top superhero styled character, Victor was more grounded and even came off as likeable at times until they ruined him, and I HATE what they did to Daniel’s character in later seasons as he was someone great in the earlier ones…)
Then after the dam … absolutely bonkers. Everything was so over the top in an attempt to outdo prior seasons with storylines that felt so far removed from reality that it lost the plot completely.
I still go back and watch the first 1-3 seasons from time to time while outright ignoring the rest due to how different they are. Total night and day difference with the writing and pace.

Also, I haven’t ever seen praise for Troy outside of the actor that played him? Daniel Sharman (the guy that played him) made him so unlikable that he ended up being likable - the actor pulled that off well. I wouldn’t conflate good acting and people saying how well the character was written to people praising the character in the show, though. I see that twisted a lot.
I followed the FTWD community for a long time throughout its airing, and I genuinely saw nothing but contempt for the Troy character during the time he was introduced. Can’t speak to how the community is now, but I definitely remember subreddits and forums dedicated to discussing the shows having numerous posts that were largely against the guy that had a lot of agreement, but many gave the actor praise for making him so twisted that it made him a unique character to delve into and have the family get to know. Even remember a lot of the TH-cam channels that covered the show and the comments around those. Most just hated that his time on the show was cut short, but that’s not praise towards the character themselves as someone good or anything.
As for Madison, I saw her as being the most likeable in the earlier seasons. She was a mom doing what she had to do to keep her family safe. Then after the stadium and what they did with her … seriously, what the fck? Complete 180° from how her character was, even if she thought she lost everyone it was still ridiculous as it went against everything that character was prior. It was so over the top for the sake of being over the top.
Then the introduction of Morgan … and then he was the focus with the main characters from the beginning being a mere afterthought as they were trying to pull TWD fans over to the sinking ship.
… but of course, that’s just how I view the show. I genuinely think it was at its best during the earlier seasons due to how much more in tune with reality it was by following two diverse families from different backgrounds having their own skeletons in their closets … compared to the the stories we later got that had characters that felt like they were just caricatures of comic book villains and superheroes with way too much CGI.
Judith isn’t a bad character. She’s always been there and around everything happening even if she was too young to remember most of it. And the fact that she has so much history tied to her makes her that more interesting in my opinion

Taking a break from The Walking Dead content or at least sparcifying it sounds like a great idea. I just hope and pray you don't start needlessly bad mouthing the show in your videos. The reason I've started watching your content and subscribing, is due to your ability to stay relatively postive about the show when talking about it. I stopped watching Korotos Mystery Shack because he went from comparing the show and comics, to bad mouthing the show when talking and being HEAVILY biased towards the comics
I feel as if this universe needs a breath (and a break) from our current characters we had for 14 years.
What I wish, and what I think would be brilliant would be bringing an IRL Television series on The Walking Dead Telltales. New lovable characters, and new storyline that the show gets to pick because the game lets you pick and leaves a lot of room of what story they wish for to happen.
Also this could bring back some characters we missed, like Glenn, Jesus, and maybe Michonne.

I think they did what they did to the CRM in TOWL because if Andy does come back for another show he doesn’t want a big battle against the CRM. He wants to get back to simple survivor horror.
Also just because there was an explosion doesn’t mean that the ‘crm’ won’t still be present… Rick grimes and michonne I’m sure are the leaders of it now, I mean they did change everything for them for the better!

You have reinvigorated the love many people held for this universe, and it’s a shame AMC doesn’t reciprocate. The situation reminds me a lot of the state of the Halo franchise and that TH-cam community. I think most will respect your decision here. I look forward to whatever topics you cover in the future!

If they have a well written story with well written developed characters that isn’t cheap and rushed i think it could be really something special that stands as its own show and not just a spinoff.

Everyone I know that watched it, stopped after Rick left the series in season 9 🤭I still love it, it drew me in so much I felt like I was a part of Rick’s group 😂 3am in the morning crying when Negan episode first came on omg!! I hated him!! (now I like him) so even though I enjoy the other content you post, TWD is the main reason I’m subbed. I just need a GOT channel & a BB channel to watch 😅😅😅

2:33 the reason Daryl season two is coming out before dead city season two is because of the strike… dead city couldn’t film, but Daryl got special permission to continue filming through the strike! Daryl is done, dead city is still filming, mahina couldn’t come to the camp because she had to go film for it.
They need to have an alternate timeline where Carl starts talking to Sidique, and Rick walks up and shoots him in the face and says "DTA: DON'T TRUST ANYBODY! 🖕🏻🖕🏻" And then Carl doesn't get bitten and then Rick doesn't get blown up on the bridge. Lmao and it ends up being just like the comics

If The Walking Dead wanted to make a real banger of a ending here is what I think should happen. What Rick and Michonne blew up in the series finally of The Ones Who Live is nothing but a small organization of CRM members. The reality is that the rest of the CRM is now coming after Rick and Michonne to end them and take over their base. During the attack of the CRM on The Commonwealth all Carol, Daryl, Negan, and Maggie come to the battle unknowing of the situation finding out the enemy and somehow infiltrating the CRMs army and becoming inside spies. After a while of fighting the CRM, they finally do capture both Rick and Michonne. As Rick and Michonne are about to be executed in front of everyone all Carol, Daryl, Negan, and Maggie saves them but not without doing so with the deaths of at least 3 major characters.
Thrifty I would hate to see you leave the walking dead but it was some other content that you made that made me subscribe to your channel in the first place.
I think we will get a Judith reboot. Once it’s all dead and done at amc and Kirkman gets his rights back it’ll be an animated show somewhere else.
The last idea is not bad at all. I rewatched the show recently and I found that the show did some things much better than the comics and the comics did some things much better than the show. I believe an animated reboot with the best of both versions would be amazing. Daryl is still around, Carl would be around with Rick facing the Whisperers and the Commonwealth. Also, keep some of the characters alive like the show did that weren’t utilized well in the comics, like keeping Ezekiel and Gabriel around was amazing because they were better than their comic counterparts. Overall blending both would be amazing and I’d love to see what they could do with it

I still assume they'll do a Next Generation take in 5+ years once Flescher is in her early 20s and can lead a show's cast. She's a solid actress and Negan/Daryl/Carol can be the wise elders with rj, laront, and other younger current ones filling out the pack. One of the elders gets Joel'd a la the last of us 2 and they go hunting for the killers
I know it would be impossible to pull off, but them doing a "What If" version of the Walking Dead would be pretty cool to watch. Even if it's not full on series seeing what the writers would envision if events went differently would be neat.
I'd 100% be up for an animated reboot. It seems like it would be much easier and faster to produce, and it could stay consistent with the characters. The writing of the main show and spin-offs has been bad for a while now. They all start off good and slowly decay into a boring and nonsensical mess after a few seasons.
I also want another game with new characters that has some elements of Destinies' combat, but is actually good lol. I loved being introduced to new characters in every season of the Telltale games.

If they do go forward with Judith they definitely have to make her less of a Mary sue so she can actually have character development. Her introduction as a character shooting 5 walkers with a colt Python with sharpshooter accuracy to save a group of grown adults was a bit ridiculous

My expectation for the franchise is we will eventually get on-screen deaths for most of the major players, but namely Rick. Judith will close out the series with an ending similar to comic Carl. And while I still would have preferred just one clean show (even if it was 12 seasons) without ever losing Rick or Carl in the first place, I’m still pretty satisfied with most of the franchise. Only Fear The Walking Dead completely crashed and burned imo. TOWL, DC, and DD have all been fantastic. (Didn’t watch World Beyond)

The thing you have to realise about the CRM with The Walking Dead is that it’s not completely over just because of that explosion. They exploded the headquarters taking out all of the major important soldiers including Beale, not the city. The city is still there, all of the citizens are still there, so they’re definitely going to continue with them being good people since the bad people are gone.
How? AMC can’t afford the group, why do you think we only saw the top ten percent in the military?

I honestly think it will be idea 2. Once all of these current sequels end have a reunion show set AFTER Dead City.
Have a 2 season or however many season reunion series featuring many of the original cast members (Rick, Michonne, Maggie & Daryl) then have a sort of backdoor then end then end the stories of the OG characters leading into a next generation spinoff. By that time all of the kids would be in their 20s.
I think Dead City and Daryl Dixon will have about 4-5 seasons each. There’s more room in there for even more of the Grimes family if Danai & Andy choose to return again before a reunion show
Ehh honestly we all saw how World Beyond preformed with a teen cast I personally don’t think a Judith led show would do all that well because we are losing all the iconic characters that made the show what it was.

I realised after watching and being disappointed by Obi-Wan show that TV series like these Always gaslight us with the trailers, have a great 1st episode, a "you've got me more curious" 2nd episode, only to lag 3rd & 4th, before trying to tie everything up in 2 short 40-60min episodes to disastrous conclusions.
I think this show would've been better if it was released alongside the "final" season culminating in the "Reunion" at the end of the final season episode after the Commonwealth.
Honestly, they messed up by cancelling season 12 and forcing themselves to rush through to begin the "side-story" phase, which are also meh.

Thanks for the wonderful video, excellent content as always. I'm burned out on this universe. I love TWD, but I love what it "was" in the glory days. I have rewatched the series several times and I will continue watching the spin-offs. I'm not interested in a reboot, a season 12, or a new generation. I was happy with getting my happy ending for the Grimes family and I guess that's all I really needed 😊. I think I'd time to let the cast that brought me so much happiness move forward with their careers and their lives ❤❤❤❤

I’m not disappointed at all. Andy just did about a week ago an interview and all he talked about was coming back as soon as they create a great new story more thrown back to the horror aspect of TWD. That could be a season 12 or more. It could be a continuation of TOWL.
I know there will be a spinoff of the younger generation of TWD which could be quite good. Not into animation at all.
