I think the only prestige Grand Design has is amongst it's owners. As a person who's worked as a mechanic and done lots of carpentry I really don't see anything from Grand Design that stands out. I've seen some units like Jayco Pinnacle or some Montanas that are really nice looking units. Grand Design is obviously just marketing itself via influencers better than most. It doesn't make them a better unit.
@@austinformedude you're assuming other companies don't stand behind their products. The Hanks had to wait a few months to get in, they repaired it and sent them on their way. You think other companies don't do the same thing?
My wife and I did extensive research and looked at what felt like hundreds of campers and felt Grand Design was the camper/RV company for us. We just bought a Grand Design Transcend 321bh. We took it out for a shake down camping trip and loved it. Everything worked so well. Thanks Hanks for the video.

So glad you 2 are back home! I kinda know how you feel. If life ran my way, we would be full timing now. Hubby isn't ready to retire just yet. Three more years for him. We are planning to go full time as soon as he does. Right now we are on our longest/ furthest trip. RI to Louisiana. We arrived yesterday. Here for only 5 days, then we head to NC to spend a week with our eldest. The more time we spend, the more we both know this is the right thing for us. We have a 2011 Newmar Canyon Star. We LOVE it. We were thinking of maybe a fifth wheel, but this trip decided for us. Five or six hours a day of driving and we're not exhausted. Time flies. It's great! Almost positive a Newmar will be our next coach. Unless something perfect comes along, and we all know that perfect doesn't exist. Hope to see you someday out on the road, or at Walmart, to have a toast and talk about this great life and great country. ❤ Stay safe.

Hey Renee and Carlyle! So glad to see y’all are back on the road agin! Dexter is a trooper, as was our Seal Point Siamese when we relocated a number of times (retired IBM’r). Obviously GD took good care of your issues and then some, a verrrrry good company fer sher. We have had a number of prob’s with our Forest River Riverstone Legacy (came off the line just ahead of the Covid One-Niner shut down last April) that we have had taken care of using Mobile Techs, emails, and phone calls. I have been extremely happy with the way they have responded to our concerns. Even the remote handling of the problems has been managed well. We have a direct line to the Legacy Line Manager at the Plant who has been a real nice person to work with. Like y’all as full timers we need things to be working as well as possible as soon as possible for as long as possible. Please keep those cards and letters coming and stay classy! Over the summer, I picked up a Grand Design Transcend Xplor 251HB. I love that thing! It's currently in the beginning of its winter slumber here in Wisconsin, and I miss it soooo much. I can't wait for its hibernation to be over and hug my baby come this spring; however, I am having fun catching up on your videos and even re-watching some of my favs and adding several of your recommendations to my 2024 wish list of mods and camping gear.

LTV is a 🇨🇦 company which makes phenomenally great quality RVs, but has very few authorized sellers. LTV works on warranty issues with many servicing dealers across 🇨🇦 & 🇺🇸, though. My service provider raves that LTV is one of the easiest manufacturers to work with he’s ever experienced. There haven’t been a lot of issues, but you’re right - there’s always going to be something, so be sure to think about service location and quality as much as brand and floor plan in choosing your 🚐. Still swooning over Rose every time we climb inside!! (I’ve hugged my kitchen cabinet, too, Ney Ney! 🥰😂)

Derby Week is always a blast! If you’ve not been here for any Derby Festivities you should really try. The best time is the Saturday before Derby (always the first Saturday in May) for Thunder Over Louisville, one of the largest fireworks display in the Country lasting for 45 minutes and synced to theme music it’s an all day event stating with an Air Display all in downtown on the Ohio River. Then the following week is different type races (bed lam, Run for the Rose’), the Chow Wagon with different genre of music throughout each day and of course with every type of Carnie Food cart there is along with Beer, Bourbon and Wine tents. Steam Boat race (Wednesday) and Pegasus Parade (Thursday) leading up to Thurby (locals day at the track) on Thursday, The Kentucky Oaks is on Friday and the Kentucky Derby on Saturday. Anyways, we are hoping that we can hit the road next season for at least a months time provided everything in this crazy country turns around by then. Congratulations and Welcome Home....we have experienced the move out, wondering if we will ever return to our ROLLING HOME, and the elation of being back. Dexter looks like he can now relax.
We traded in our older 5th wheel & purchased a newer used Forrest River Blue Ridge 5th wheel. We added Slide out Toppers, New Awnings, Backup Camera system and New 5th Wheel Pin Setup. During those additions and awaiting parts we were able to take our rig for the shake down cruise we had issues with the Refrigerator, AC Unit for the Bedroom, Tiedowns for the Potable Water tank came undone, and Brake issues. Most of which were taken care of under warranties (Dealership and Extended) During the repairs and finishing of the additional accessories work we were lucky to have a Home Base that we call The Cabin or The Big House (depending if I behaved or Not) that we stayed in till we got our RV returned to us. Diane and I Enjoy your channel as well during this next year we are looking to take short excursions to be ready for longer trips on the road. Buster and Liberace (our cats) say Howdy to Dexter. Glad ya'll are back in your home!!!! We've been full timing in our new Solitude 310GK-R since April and absolutly love it!! It's a beautiful rig that's got the luxury, qualty, comfort and useabilty I truly wanted but didn't expect to have when we decided to do this 2 years ago. We get "beautiful rig!" and "maybe one day...." from fellow RVers everywhere we go. Grand Design has offered to fix the few issues we've had whenever we're ready. Take care and enjoy the journey!

Wow, lots of assignments for us this week. I am thinking you two are really traveling school teachers. Go To shopping on the road is definitely #TeamWalmart. Also there is the Safeway app which sometimes has great coupons on a Truly 12 pack. The stick and brick appliance I miss is a bigger compressor refrigerator but I now throw out less old food and I no longer get to relive the Thanksgiving of 2012 when finding those left overs in the back. Overall what I like most about my Grand Design Reflection 297RSTS travel trailer is the residential feel about it. It is such a relaxing at home space. It has the darker interior which I like. Hope I get a passing grade and can continue on to the next video. Did Grand Design come up with a reason for the adnormal tire wear on that one tire? I'm happy for you all being back in your Solitude and that it all worked out well. Now that Dexter is more relaxed maybe he will help #Carl with the responses.

Hubby and I just started Rving and I worry constantly about my aging himalayan cat I leave at home. Next time I am determined to take her with us! I will be more relaxed and she will be much less stressed if she is with us. I am sure there will be an adjustment period but your sweet Dexter seems to adapt well. I travel with my cat, George. he adapts quite well to the trailer. He just doesn't like the carrier in the truck. We never did find the happy medium with the air conditioning this last trip.

We are in a "starter" trailer...lol. It's a Keystone Passport bumper pull. Just 26 ft but it has bunks for g'kids and a Murphy queen bed with one slide. It's compact but has everything we need for our short term outings. Very pleased with it 😊

Its cool you like Walmart as I am a Walmart truck driver , so i spend a lot of time there as well . I camp in my slide in pickup camper almost every week with my dog beau .
I have had two Grand Designs and absolutely loved them. GD’s customer service is outstanding. My first coach was a 2970RL travel trailer and was super nice and comfortable. I then upgraded to my Reflection 303RLS which is also a terrific couples camper. I’ve had four other brands of trailers over the years and now won’t have anything other than Grand Design.

Hi Kyle & Nae Nae! Enjoying your newest video. You mentioned grocery stores - if you haven’t heard of Aldi’s- keep an eye out. We saved $450/month when we switched from Walmart & Giant Eagle several years ago. We try to get as much as possible from Aldi’s and only supplement from other stores for “special” products. Hope you/others find this useful.

Glad everything worked out for you at the Grand Design repair center - looks like they did an excellent job!!! Since we have the exact same model as you (Solitude S-2930RL) we are very happy to see you are really enjoying your camper! Did they find anything wrong with your axles or did the tires just wear funny (ie: the ones they replaced)? I added a MorRyde crossmember to my axle hanger to add strength to things (probably overkill, but it was easy to install). You can put vent covers over your kitchen and bathroom vents that open if you want - will help them to last longer and you can keep them open when it rains without worrying about water getting in. Grand Design did a spectacular job on your roof BTW! You mentioned in a recent email you will be in FL in January. We are traveling to FL the second week of January for about 10 days (will be in Ft. Wilderness ...). MD gets too cold to camp in during that time (at least for us).

What a relief to see that Dexter is happy again and talking up a storm. He is probably saying don't take me to those places again. I about fell out of my chair laughing when I saw the WalMart sign in the background. My go to place when I am in unfamiliar territory. It is also the least expensive place to purchase cat food. If we are traveling in TX and there is an H‑E‑B store that is always our go to, but if we are out of the state our go to is Walmart because it s familiar and we can use an app to locate things in the store. #happyforthehanks
You guys must have great insurance. My wife and I are part-timers averaging 15 days/month. A wind storm tore off one of my awnings. FOUR months later and I'm still arguing with my insurance (they don't want to pay labor). Cheaper insurance doesn't mean better insurance.

Guys, happy you got your home back! It looks like Grand Design did a great job. However, change those tires as soon as you can. Westlakes are very low quality. They are supplied by Lionshead and they are known for installing old tires on new RVs. Trust me, it happened to me!

Thanks for your videos. We have the exact same 5th wheel (2020 model) as you with the same worn tread on the RH rear tire. Wonder what they did to adjust it.

A quick update is that they found an unequal spacing with the axle hangers, causing an ever so slight rotation of the rear tires and uneven wear It’s great to hear from you! Note that we are diligent with out usage and cognizant of how much water we put in (WHICH IS A LOT!!!) With those two things, we have never had a problem in over 4 years of full timing! @@HappilyEverHanks yes, we have been full-time for 5 years. We have only been on the road for a year and a half. We retired in January 2021, but my husband's job went virtual due to covid in 2020. We lived in Washington state for 32 years but Texas is home. I am so happy to say in the last year and half I haven't been cold and in constant wet!!! Visit Western Washington in the winter and you will appreciate what that means.🤭 I grew up in Texas that will help you to relate too. Thank you for the great news about the toilet paper!!! It was perfect timing as we need some. Thanks for the quick response. See y'all on your next video.

Hotels and animals, such an adventure lol our 3lb chihuahua Flower 🌺 was uneasy like Dex-man (aka Stinky butt), she walked all over the bed ALL night. We got zero sleep. Maybe the smells from other animals that were there b4? 🤷🏻♀️ we were like “you’re lucky you’re so stinking cute!” Lol

I have a GD 351M bought during covid and it’s been horrid trying to get anything done here in Colorado Springs. One set back after another and redo, redo, redo work. Also there are staples in all the walls starting to pop out all over the place. How do you handle that’s. Also is the quick response from GD to your RV issues due to your high following? Thanks.
Hey Mary! It's wonderful to meet you, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us 🤗We would just replace any staples popping out from the walls with fresh ones. Also, no they did not respond to us quickly because of our following. We owned a Grand Design Imagine Travel Trailer prior to this and starting a channel. We received the same great customer service then as we do now. Sometimes calling around to different companies in the surrounding areas can help a lot as well. They might have places where they can slip you into the schedule that other dealerships might not have been able to. You can email Grand Design as well and find a list of dealerships that are in your surrounding areas. Love your unit, that is an awesome set up you have! Are you planning on going full time one day? 😃
I too love my GD RV, I have needed to have several parts replaced (normal issues), and never once have I been given any push back and most of the parts they ship right to me for me to be able to replace. How awesome is that?

Meijer is our shopping preference! When we leave Michigan and go to other states I always wonder, where do people shop for groceries when there's no Meijer? I just don't know! Lol

Hey Robert! That is so awesome to hear that you have a dishwasher #GOALS 😁🙌🏼 Yes, we saw the propane regulator recall. We were actually able to get that done while the unit was in for servicing! They also redid the back paneling behind the microwave, I guess they had some concerns for fire hazards with the convection microwave. Did you have this recall on your unit?

Meijer blows Walmart away in most locations but I have been in a few in the South Bend area that are really bad. I travelled for 25 years of my career and I bet I visited 500 Walmarts from Maine to Southern Cal.

@@HappilyEverHanks Meijers super stores generally blow Walmart away. Much cleaner and open. I don't know their policy on boondocking but their parking lots are comparable to a Walmart supercenter. Their prices are pretty much in line with Walmart on things you buy every day. Clothing seems much better. Produce sections are 5x the size of a Walmart with friendly and knowledgeable associates always on the floor keeping things stocked and rotated. I sold to both Walmart and Meijer in my career. Meijers office is in Lansing MI and their footprint is, I think, only 5 states. Rumor has it that Sam Walton got the idea for suoercenters from Meijer. Disclaimer. I live in Georgia and am getting no compensation from Meijer for this endorsement. I just really liked their stores, specifically the ones in Michigan.

No, you guys are awesome. An inspiration. Congratulations to you all ( including Dexter.) So happy for you. You rock.
I think the only prestige Grand Design has is amongst it's owners. As a person who's worked as a mechanic and done lots of carpentry I really don't see anything from Grand Design that stands out. I've seen some units like Jayco Pinnacle or some Montanas that are really nice looking units. Grand Design is obviously just marketing itself via influencers better than most. It doesn't make them a better unit.

My wife and I did extensive research and looked at what felt like hundreds of campers and felt Grand Design was the camper/RV company for us. We just bought a Grand Design Transcend 321bh. So glad you 2 are back home! I kinda know how you feel. If life ran my way, we would be full timing now. Hubby isn't ready to retire just yet. Three more years for him. We are planning to go full time as soon as he does. Right now we are on our longest/ furthest trip. RI to Louisiana. We arrived yesterday. Here for only 5 days, then we head to NC to spend a week with our eldest. The more time we spend, the more we both know this is the right thing for us.
We have a 2011 Newmar Canyon Star. We LOVE it. We were thinking of maybe a fifth wheel, but this trip decided for us. Five or six hours a day of driving and we're not exhausted. Time flies. It's great! Almost positive a Newmar will be our next coach. Unless something perfect comes along, and we all know that perfect doesn't exist. Hope to see you someday out on the road, or at Walmart, to have a toast and talk about this great life and great country. ❤

Hey Renee and Carlyle! So glad to see y’all are back on the road agin! Dexter is a trooper, as was our Seal Point Siamese when we relocated a number of times (retired IBM’r). Obviously GD took good care of your issues and then some, a verrrrry good company fer sher. We have had a number of prob’s with our Forest River Riverstone Legacy (came off the line just ahead of the Covid One-Niner shut down last April) that we have had taken care of using Mobile Techs, emails, and phone calls. I have been extremely happy with the way they have responded to our concerns. Even the remote handling of the problems has been managed well. We have a direct line to the Legacy Line Manager at the Plant who has been a real nice person to work with. Like y’all as full timers we need things to be working as well as possible as soon as possible for as long as possible. Please keep those cards and letters coming and stay classy! Over the summer, I picked up a Grand Design Transcend Xplor 251HB. I love that thing! It's currently in the beginning of its winter slumber here in Wisconsin, and I miss it soooo much. I can't wait for its hibernation to be over and hug my baby come this spring; however, I am having fun catching up on your videos and even re-watching some of my favs and adding several of your recommendations to my 2024 wish list of mods and camping gear.

LTV is a 🇨🇦 company which makes phenomenally great quality RVs, but has very few authorized sellers. LTV works on warranty issues with many servicing dealers across 🇨🇦 & 🇺🇸, though. My service provider raves that LTV is one of the easiest manufacturers to work with he’s ever experienced. There haven’t been a lot of issues, but you’re right - there’s always going to be something, so be sure to think about service location and quality as much as brand and floor plan in choosing your 🚐. Still swooning over Rose every time we climb inside!! (I’ve hugged my kitchen cabinet, too, Ney Ney! 🥰😂)

@@HappilyEverHanks He is a wonderful and grateful man for sure. Never has he taken anything for granted. We luv our Bluegrass State but not so much the City Metro.. lol.. Derby Week is always a blast! If you’ve not been here for any Derby Festivities you should really try. The best time is the Saturday before Derby (always the first Saturday in May) for Thunder Over Louisville, one of the largest fireworks display in the Country lasting for 45 minutes and synced to theme music it’s an all day event stating with an Air Display all in downtown on the Ohio River. Then the following week is different type races (bed lam, Run for the Rose’), the Chow Wagon with different genre of music throughout each day and of course with every type of Carnie Food cart there is along with Beer, Bourbon and Wine tents. Steam Boat race (Wednesday) and Pegasus Parade (Thursday) leading up to Thurby (locals day at the track) on Thursday, The Kentucky Oaks is on Friday and the Kentucky Derby on Saturday. Anyways, we are hoping that we can hit the road next season for at least a months time provided everything in this crazy country turns around by then. If so, hopefully y’all will have a meet & greet and if in the Stars, we’ll be able to attend. Safe travels y’all and God Bless. ✝️🙏🏻🇺🇸

We traded in our older 5th wheel & purchased a newer used Forrest River Blue Ridge 5th wheel. We added Slide out Toppers, New Awnings, Backup Camera system and New 5th Wheel Pin Setup. During those additions and awaiting parts we were able to take our rig for the shake down cruise we had issues with the Refrigerator, AC Unit for the Bedroom, Tiedowns for the Potable Water tank came undone, and Brake issues. Most of which were taken care of under warranties (Dealership and Extended) During the repairs and finishing of the additional accessories work we were lucky to have a Home Base that we call The Cabin or The Big House (depending if I behaved or Not) that we stayed in till we got our RV returned to us. Diane and I Enjoy your channel as well during this next year we are looking to take short excursions to be ready for longer trips on the road. Buster and Liberace (our cats) say Howdy to Dexter. Glad ya'll are back in your home!!!! We've been full timing in our new Solitude 310GK-R since April and absolutly love it!! It's a beautiful rig that's got the luxury, qualty, comfort and useabilty I truly wanted but didn't expect to have when we decided to do this 2 years ago. We get "beautiful rig!" and "maybe one day...." from fellow RVers everywhere we go. Grand Design has offered to fix the few issues we've had whenever we're ready. Take care and enjoy the journey!

Wow, lots of assignments for us this week. I am thinking you two are really traveling school teachers.
Go To shopping on the road is definitely #TeamWalmart. Also there is the Safeway app which sometimes has great coupons on a Truly 12 pack.
The stick and brick appliance I miss is a bigger compressor refrigerator but I now throw out less old food and I no longer get to relive the Thanksgiving of 2012 when finding those left overs in the back.
Overall what I like most about my Grand Design Reflection 297RSTS travel trailer is the residential feel about it. It is such a relaxing at home space. It has the darker interior which I like.
Hope I get a passing grade and can continue on to the next video.
Did Grand Design come up with a reason for the adnormal tire wear on that one tire?

Hubby and I just started Rving and I worry constantly about my aging himalayan cat I leave at home. Next time I am determined to take her with us! I will be more relaxed and she will be much less stressed if she is with us. I am sure there will be an adjustment period but your sweet Dexter seems to adapt well. Thanks for sharing your life and adventures with us. You guys are just adorbs ;) Glad you are back in your "real" home!!
I travel with my cat, George. he adapts quite well to the trailer. He just doesn't like the carrier in the truck. We never did find the happy medium with the air conditioning this last trip.

We are in a "starter" trailer...lol. It's a Keystone Passport bumper pull. Just 26 ft but it has bunks for g'kids and a Murphy queen bed with one slide. It's compact but has everything we need for our short term outings. Very pleased with it 😊
We just happened to look into purchasing a GD travel trailer this weekend. I’m really impressed by the customer service you experienced as well as from the community.
We camped with our families when we were younger but now we are looking into it as a retired couple.

Its cool you like Walmart as I am a Walmart truck driver , so i spend a lot of time there as well . I camp in my slide in pickup camper almost every week with my dog beau .

I have had two Grand Designs and absolutely loved them. GD’s customer service is outstanding. My first coach was a 2970RL travel trailer and was super nice and comfortable. I then upgraded to my Reflection 303RLS which is also a terrific couples camper. I’ve had four other brands of trailers over the years and now won’t have anything other than Grand Design.
This is AWESOME!! We totally agree with you, we started off in a 2150RB Travel Trailer (Grand Design) before upgrading to our Solitude S-Class 2930RL 🙂Love that you are rocking the Grand Design as well, hopefully we can all meet up one day soon and we can get a tour of your rig! Hi Kyle & Nae Nae! Enjoying your newest video. You mentioned grocery stores - if you haven’t heard of Aldi’s- keep an eye out. We saved $450/month when we switched from Walmart & Giant Eagle several years ago. We try to get as much as possible from Aldi’s and only supplement from other stores for “special” products. Hope you/others find this useful.

Glad everything worked out for you at the Grand Design repair center - looks like they did an excellent job!!! Since we have the exact same model as you (Solitude S-2930RL) we are very happy to see you are really enjoying your camper!
Did they find anything wrong with your axles or did the tires just wear funny (ie: the ones they replaced)?
I added a MorRyde crossmember to my axle hanger to add strength to things (probably overkill, but it was easy to install).
You can put vent covers over your kitchen and bathroom vents that open if you want - will help them to last longer and you can keep them open when it rains without worrying about water getting in.
Grand Design did a spectacular job on your roof BTW!
You mentioned in a recent email you will be in FL in January. We are traveling to FL the second week of January for about 10 days (will be in Ft. Wilderness ...). MD gets too cold to camp in during that time (at least for us).

What a relief to see that Dexter is happy again and talking up a storm. He is probably saying don't take me to those places again. I about fell out of my chair laughing when I saw the WalMart sign in the background. My go to place when I am in unfamiliar territory. It is also the least expensive place to purchase cat food. It must feel good to be back home. I will be looking forward to more adventures (just not this type) with the #HappilyEverHanks.

If we are traveling in TX and there is an H‑E‑B store that is always our go to, but if we are out of the state our go to is Walmart because it s familiar and we can use an app to locate things in the store. #happyforthehanks

You guys must have great insurance. My wife and I are part-timers averaging 15 days/month. A wind storm tore off one of my awnings. FOUR months later and I'm still arguing with my insurance (they don't want to pay labor). Cheaper insurance doesn't mean better insurance.

Guys, happy you got your home back! It looks like Grand Design did a great job. However, change those tires as soon as you can. Westlakes are very low quality. They are supplied by Lionshead and they are known for installing old tires on new RVs. Trust me, it happened to me!

Thanks for your videos. We have the exact same 5th wheel (2020 model) as you with the same worn tread on the RH rear tire. Wonder what they did to adjust it.

Note that we are diligent with out usage and cognizant of how much water we put in (WHICH IS A LOT!!!) With those two things, we have never had a problem in over 4 years of full timing! @@HappilyEverHanks yes, we have been full-time for 5 years. We have only been on the road for a year and a half. We retired in January 2021, but my husband's job went virtual due to covid in 2020. We lived in Washington state for 32 years but Texas is home. I am so happy to say in the last year and half I haven't been cold and in constant wet!!! Visit Western Washington in the winter and you will appreciate what that means.🤭 I grew up in Texas that will help you to relate too. Thank you for the great news about the toilet paper!!! It was perfect timing as we need some. Thanks for the quick response. See y'all on your next video.

I have a GD 351M bought during covid and it’s been horrid trying to get anything done here in Colorado Springs. One set back after another and redo, redo, redo work.
Also there are staples in all the walls starting to pop out all over the place. How do you handle that’s. Also is the quick response from GD to your RV issues due to your high following? Thanks.
Hey Mary! It's wonderful to meet you, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us 🤗We would just replace any staples popping out from the walls with fresh ones. Also, no they did not respond to us quickly because of our following. We owned a Grand Design Imagine Travel Trailer prior to this and starting a channel. We received the same great customer service then as we do now.
Sometimes calling around to different companies in the surrounding areas can help a lot as well. They might have places where they can slip you into the schedule that other dealerships might not have been able to. You can email Grand Design as well and find a list of dealerships that are in your surrounding areas.
Love your unit, that is an awesome set up you have! Are you planning on going full time one day? 😃
If rving in a cooler climate, is it possible to drive with the furnace on?
Something we do not recommend but I'm sure it's been done! Maybe more common in a motorhome!
I too love my GD RV, I have needed to have several parts replaced (normal issues), and never once have I been given any push back and most of the parts they ship right to me for me to be able to replace. How awesome is that?

Yes, we saw the propane regulator recall. We were actually able to get that done while the unit was in for servicing! They also redid the back paneling behind the microwave, I guess they had some concerns for fire hazards with the convection microwave. Did you have this recall on your unit?

Meijer blows Walmart away in most locations but I have been in a few in the South Bend area that are really bad.
I travelled for 25 years of my career and I bet I visited 500 Walmarts from Maine to Southern Cal.

@@HappilyEverHanks Meijers super stores generally blow Walmart away. Much cleaner and open. I don't know their policy on boondocking but their parking lots are comparable to a Walmart supercenter.
Their prices are pretty much in line with Walmart on things you buy every day. Clothing seems much better. Produce sections are 5x the size of a Walmart with friendly and knowledgeable associates always on the floor keeping things stocked and rotated.
I sold to both Walmart and Meijer in my career. Meijers office is in Lansing MI and their footprint is, I think, only 5 states. Rumor has it that Sam Walton got the idea for suoercenters from Meijer.
