@buzzybender Yes, that's exactly what I've always thought. Instead of that spire Pearce's Pillar should be there. The statue on the pillar should have been replaced with one of Patrick Pearce reading the proclamation and the date of MDCCCV on the base should have been sanded out and replaced with MCMXVI.
