It was worse than we feared ! | Project PP - Ep3 | 4K

It's time for an update on our epic Mini R52 build code named 'Project PP'. The next step after the last video was to take the engine out and start the re-build. Sadly the engine was in a much worse state than we feared. In this episode I talk to Darren about how we plan to overcome the problems with the engine and the other work that has been done. We are working with Powerflex to improve the bushing in the suspension. We also have a Milltek exhaust system on it's way that we have some very special plans for.

My r53 is fully polybushed with r56 rear arms and kw suspension and a bigger arb and I can tell you now it transforms the handling makes it from good to amazing!

The further the pair of you go with this build the more I regret selling my JCW but then I have to think that it had done nearly 100,000 miles which is pretty good for a car and the price was still ok. Looking forward to the conclusion of this project as it will be pretty amazing.
