This such a heartwarming talk, full of humor and genuine passion, where you guys open up and just share your thoughts. On the other hand, it's just ultimately real and honest. It's hard to imagine how much dedication it takes to just sit down and do stuff time and time again, no matter how hard it may seem to be. Nik is a legend, no doubt, and although there have been some changes over the last year that I do not personally enjoy, I definitely consider him to be the most entertaining and versatile reactor and content maker. As to Tank, the key point you mentioned was that you can't pretend in those vids, so when I watch your reactions or other stuff, I can definitely say it's true and genuine. And this is what viewers crave after all. It's amazing how you've been able to build such a community over a relatively short period of time, but I do tend to watch almost every video you drop. It's also extremely comforting to know that all the things I'm feeling at times when it comes to making videos is normal, hearing you both talk about your own experiences with recordings and streaming, gear and the earlier days when you started out. Your takes on Copyright and how you deal with it now, and the other topics you both discuss so honestly and candidly is really informative and is also helpful for others to hear. I've found myself looking up to both of you as content creators in a way because you're the guys that I started watching long before ever trying it. I'm not even a minnow, but just so you know that what you both do is still inspiring to me. Always enjoy watching your videos, really appreciate the work that you both do and the effort you put in to this, and your contributions to our community. What a great interview, the part I like best was when you guys were talking about learning all the tech, omg I was right there with you. My job is knowing all the latest tech (I’m a cameraman and editor ) and I don’t have the luxury of time to learn, and when you guys talked about going back to school every time you upgrade I was feeling your pain. Hi Tank & Nik, thanks for letting everyone join you. Particularly your closing section, with "labels" approaching you, made me laugh, the hypocrites. Some have told you "Reactions" make a difference, you are doing the promo that some exec is paid a small fortune to organise, and failed to make a difference, the proof is in the data. You are embarrassingly good at getting thousands+ of views, they can't compete for value, but they'll keep their share (for not doing their job properly). Some others, they are stuck in their old ways. Change, or dinosaur doom.

It's funny to think that nowadays it's very possible people miss some bands/songs since for a lot of them, radio doesn't exist. As someone who gave up on radio (and cable TV) in like 2007, there's an insane amount of popular music after that I've completely missed. Even before I quit listening to radio, I was mostly just into metal and electronic stuff for most of my life. I know names of artists and bands from pop etc., but just don't care to pay attention to them in YT etc. on reaction channels. Now YT just knows what music I play, so my suggestions are filled with new releases from metal labels, which is nice. I pop them on playlists of my own that I might go back to at some point. [/rant]
