I wish more people did these types of vids. So many youtube car reviews just show the top level trims provided the manufacturer, so good to see a detailed trim level breakdown.
i totally agree with you. I get annoyed when youtubers pitch how great a car is based on the most expensive trims, like the brown leather. It doesn't help most buyers. That said, it helps to be with a dealership
for just under $1000 less to upgrade from the base to the premium, id say the premium is the way to go

I’ve been debating a 2019 and not being able to get a manual with the moonroof is quite off putting. Especially since I can think of a reason why.

The limited is worth the extra money in terms of safety features and the sound system.
Hmmm so no way to get a manual for the limited?? I'm not sure if I'm down with the cvt, been driving manual for over 12 years and love it.
I like the led headlights and high beam assist on the limited but not leather. Can you get these on the premium?

Still having trouble getting the hang of setting the adaptive cruise control on my XV/Crosstrek. Hit the set button and the distance only to see the speedo start dropping when I take my foot off the accelerator.
Andrew Hoffman it is because it follows the speed of the car in front of you. Otherwise are you hitting the set speed button after you activate adaptive cruise control?
How is gas with the Crosstrek? Any details?
I know some people like higher trims but I am werid I absolutely love base model cars. Especially on Subarus
I agree with you to some extent. There is something kind of charming about a base 5 speed nissan versa S. Literally no features and drives terribly, but it gets you from point A to point B.
Is a heated steering wheel and ventilated seats available on any of the trims?

Really nice vehicle overall. I just wish that it had XM Radio on the Premium trim. You have to have Limited trim to get XM which seems a little strange.
Download the sirius xm app on your phone and I believe you can use it through carplay or android auto.
So no way to get heated seats on the base 2.0i model?
I have the base model. It has heated seats. They all do.
J.D. Turner I’m on my second Crosstrek. I had a 2014, and now have a 2018 (both manual transmission). They’ve both had heated seats. They’re essential when you live in snowy cold climates!
J.D. Turner , the 2018 is great! I have it in Sunshine Orange and added the Thule roof basket with cargo netting for extra space. Congrats and enjoy your 2019!!
I would really like to purchase one but I don't think I will simply because the transmission will fail in five or six years! CV Transmissions are for go-karts and snowmobiles not automobile!
