Quite a few of the Seventeen members are in Face! Seventeen and NU'EST trained together a lot after NU'EST debuted. FACE is their debut song. I'm so glad you reacted to them!
Yep the members who joined before 1st of half of 2012 appeared in the mv (even doyoon)....seungkwan and dino both joined in march 2012 which is the time where nuest debuted..but imagine if they joined earlier...then we will see them at their "very babies" state hahaha
There's quite a few Seventeen members in the Face MV! Scoups is the one that was "fighting" JR. Woozi, Hoshi, Wonwoo and I think Mingyu were also in it (look at the bullies). Even though Nu'est debuted quite a few years before Seventeen, they debuted pretty young so they're actually pretty close in age with Seventeen. Aron is the oldest born in '93 but the rest of the group are all '95s. Also Funfact, for years, "Face" was the most viewed Kpop Boy group Debut song on youtube up until around 2017 when Wanna One's Energetic took over.
AWE I miss predebut SVT sometimes ☺️ I hope they still stay in contact.. NU'EST were such great big brothers to SVT. They also have some funny moments together
It's always sad to hear a group is disbanding, but theirs hit me harder than most. Also the leader is JR, the main rapper, and Baekho is the main vocalist. The end of the Bet Bet mv signifies Minhyun's return to NU'EST after promoting with Wanna One. During that time they promoted as Nu'est W, and git their first win. The W stands for waiting as they were waiting for Minhyun to return. Bet Bet was their first ot5 comeback in a while, and their first win with all five members.
The longer you stay in Kpop the more scars you get on your heart. I came in over 12 years ago, i've seen so much. So many groups that had potential but were mismanaged and just fade away - Even if their comebacks are well received they are a victim to the lack of resources and promotion. It sucks. I love Nu'est.
Nuest is a group that was very popular at the beginning of their career (2012), the first song they released (face) was a huge success in korea, but because of pledis, they ended up falling into oblivion (flopping) for lack of of promotion. Pledis had a group that had everything to be a phenomenon in their hands and they wasted this chance letting the group "die". Until the year 2017 the group survived by devices, until that same year, they entered a reality show called produce (this show aims to form a new group) to try to leverage the group's name and the group not disband. Which worked out really well, as they came out of the show very famous, ranking first on the Korean charts and selling a lot of albums. They have a very beautiful overcoming story. I don't follow the group, but I listen to some of their songs. Even though I'm not a fan, I'm really sad about the end of the group, because they are very talented, the songs are good and they went through a lot to leverage their own career. Thank you sm for reacting to nuest
I follow NU'est since their debut and they are one of my favorite groups. I recommend these songs for the next time: "Overcome", "Love paint", "Dejavu" and "Where you at". You will like their vocals.
You should definitely react to some of their older songs, like: Hello - 2013 Good Bye Bye - 2014 Overcome - 2016 Love Paint - 2016 At the time of those songs, they were REALLY underrated, and that's mostly their company's (PLEDIS) fault, because FACE was a HIT, and Pledis dropped the ball on them, specially with lack of promotion, at some point they even decided to become trainees again (2017). And THAT was a key point to their career, because that step down as a group to become trainees again got them to sign to a reality show. 4 of the 5 members (Baekho, Minhyun, JR and Ren) signed up for Produce 101, that show would be the 2nd season of the Produce series (reality that would form I.O.I In 2016, Wanna One in 2017, IZ*ONE in 2018 and X1 in 2019), it was the 2nd overall season, and the 1st to feature male participants, since the 1st season was female only As i said, 4 of the 5 members signed up, and they we're barely recognized as NU'EST members, SPOILER: their participation in the reality was a success, making those old songs (the ones i mentioned earlier) to chart, even tho they we're released 1 to 4 years prior to the reality, and of those, the most special one was definitely 'Hello', which was their BIGGEST flop, and during their part in the reality became a huge HIT But even tho their part was a success, only 1 of the 4 members made to the final lineup (which later we would find out at least 2 other members were left out, due to voting manipulation), and that one was Minhyun, and he would be part of the Wanna One roster until december 2018 While Minhyun was alongside Wanna One (which was a great success by the way), NU'EST decided to comeback as a group, but without Minhyun. While Minhyun was temporarily out, they called themselves NU'EST W (the W stands for 'Waiting for Minhyun'), and during this period they've released great songs as well, like: Where You At - 2017 Heaven (the song you mentioned with SEVENTEEN) - 2017 Dejavu - 2018 Help Me - 2018 After Wanna One's disbandment, Minhyun came back and NU'EST was finally complete again, and the 1st song they released as a full group was BET BET, the one you reacted in this video As you saw in this video, FACE was released in 2012, which means 2022 marks their 10th birthday, and to "celebrate" that, they've released an album with their most iconic songs remastered, and a new title track called 'Again', unfortunetely, that song and album marks not only their 10th birthday, but their official disbandment as well... The group's trajectory was a rollercoaster... but to those that went all the way through, it was absolutely worth it, the feeling of proud we felt for them when they've got the recognition they deserved during/after Produce 101, and to those that got to know them during/after the reality, they've discovered an amazing group to stan Huge text, but that is just PART of their entire history, 10 years was hard to resume in a youtube comment, but i've tried my best :)
Nu'est is very near and dear to my heart. I am a ho for Baekho and I don't care who knows it. I am heartbroken about their disbandment, but I wish them all nothing but the best in the future.
i was never super into nu’est as a stan but damn i’m so sad about their disbandment. they’re such talented guys who deserve much better. i’m in trouble was one of my favorite songs of 2020. also, i miss ren’s long hair years so bad hahaha. he suited that look so well.
You might incorporate the "[SPECIAL VIDEO] NU'EST W(뉴이스트W) & SEVENTEEN(세븐틴) - HEAVEN" from December 2017 into one of your upcoming Seventeen compilations as a bit of a tribute to the Nu'Est 10th anniversary and disbandment.
It's bittersweet these days to see a NU'EST reaction. They went through soooooooo much to get where they are and I can't believe it's over. I have to film my reaction to their new one still, but I think I might cry when I do it so I kinda don't want to. I love that you pointed out JR so much (my bias!!!), and it seems like other people have already filled you in on who is who so I won't lol. I think one of my favorite songs (with an MV) from them you haven't seen is still Hello and oh my gosh, Not Over You has actually been on my favorites playlist since it's release. So it's been like 9 years lol. Deja Vu by NU'EST W is also a favorite of mine. Thank you so much for reacting to them!!!
Thank you! They have been on my list of groups to react to for a long time. The timing sucks but their music definitely deserves to be appreciated. I don't know exactly what to say because a group I love has never disbanded in front of me so I am sorry you are going through this. I say record your reaction. Let it be real/raw if you are comfortable with it. If not - just enjoy it yourself. It's a once in a lifetime type of thing. :(
@@SirAustin Your reply is so sweet I appreciate it a lot! Like, really, I do. Looking forward to when you get back around to them again, and I will definitely tune in ^.^
So the members are JR - leader and rapper (he has black hair with the low voice in I'm in trouble) 26 Aaron- oldest member and second rapper (he has the white short hair in I'm in trouble) 28 Minhyun - Vocalist and was a member of Wanna One. While he was in Wanna One NU'EST W was created (the one with longer white hair in I'm in trouble) 26 Beakho - was the one you said gave leader vibes he is a member of the BTG with BM. He is a vocalist. (He has the pink hair in in trouble) 26 Ren - he is the Maknae and is a vocalist. He also did modeling for a really long time you should check out some of his solo performances. (He is the one that starts I'm in trouble with the glasses on) 26 Their fandom name is LOVES but the v is upside down.
Nu'est has such an inspirational story behind them, they struggled a lot to get there. I want you to check out their documentary and Dejavu, help me and overcome
Omg I’ve been waiting for this😭 Yes they’re even better live. I saw them live back in 2019, so much beauty and vocals.. baekho makes most of their songs.
Aww your timing is not great for discovering them, but they are SO amazing! I’m glad that you featured them because they really deserve it. You love Seventeen too so you might be able to discern the production by Bumzu, even though Nu’est has a bit of a darker/gritty sound than SVT. Thank you again for featuring and loving them: I’m hoping all the best for all of them going forward!!!
nu'est disbanding is one of the few disbandments that have really devastated me in the past few years. i was never a full stan but i've always been a casual fan (i was drawn in by ren, ngl one of the most pretty men in kpop, i literally can't resist the pretty twinky types, i have a problem), since their debut, which was literally a decade ago (god i feel old). they felt like a constant of the industry. their cinderella story is so inspiring as well, bet bet still makes me tear up a little when i hear it. i wish them all the best. and i especially hope to see ren in more musicals, he killed it in everybody's talking about jamie, what a queen.
21:29 yes JR is an actor too! He recently starred in a Drama called "Let me Be your Knight" he plays a Bassist in the show's band called Luna. All of Nu'est also acted in a Japanese Film called "Their distance" back in 2015 Aside from that, other members have done some acting too: Baekho: He's done 3 musicals; Midnight Sun, Alter Boyz, and Equa Minhyun: Has starred in 2 dramas; Live On and Soul Marriage (airing this summer) and played Count Axel Von Fersen in the Marie Antonette Musical Ren: Starred in 2 musicals; Everybody's Talking About Jamie and Hedwig and the Angry Inch, he's also done some cameos in dramas and has a film in the works but no release date yet. Aron is the only one who hasn't really done any acting. but he has hosted several radio shows.
It's so heart broken that today 15 Mar is Nuest 10th anniversary and they are disbanded after a decade. Nuest worked so hard and got their first win after 8 years from debut. I wish all members find their happiness and continue to shine in their own area.
1:56 That is scoups!! Seventeen’s leader! He had the choice of debuting with nuest or become the leader of a new group and he chose the latter. We love a hard working leader looking out for his babies 👶🏼
Yes, i don't think he had the option to choose. But nu'est + woozi, coups, doyoon, and youngmin if i'm not mistaken, were supposed to be under the same group called TEMPEST but only 5 of them (nuest) got debuted first.
Nu'est probably has one of the most dramatic stories in kpop and the biggest career reversal ever(along with Brave Girls). The past 10 years has been an extreme rollercoaster ride and even that is an understatement. Contrary to popular belief, Nu'est members are actually pretty young. 4/5 of the members were born in 1995(just the same age with Scoups, Jeonghan, and Joshua) while the eldest was born in 1993 but stan twt loves talking about them like they're bordering retirement age lol and we haven't even gone through their enlistment era! So a little bit about the members: JR, the red haired deep-voice guy - leader, main rapper, main dancer Aron, the similar hair style with Kibum - eldest, lead rapper, vocalist Baekho, mr buffed guy - main vocal, producer Minhyun, the one with the pretty head voice & falsettos - lead vocalist, visual Ren, the one with the long hair in Face & glasses guy in I'm in Trouble - vocalist, maknae Before Jeonghan, Ren was pledis' official flower boy, he had long hair for most of their earlier career and a big fan of Lady Gaga too! I hope you continue to check them out despite their disbandment :'). And I strongly suggest checking out Nu'est W too ^^ Some of Seventeen were actually in the Face mv lmao. Scoups, Woozi, Wonwoo, Hoshi, and Mingyu were the bullies in the mv and Scoups and Woozi were kinda supposed to debut with Nu'est. And with that you have reacted to every one of my ult groups lmao(Soshi, Day6, The Boyz, Seventeen, After School, SKZ, and now Nu'est!). Maybe you can check out VIXX next? 👀
Their voices harmonize very well, they are an underrated gem, the Kpop world lost five kings of vocal and visual, I recommend you to watch their documentary
About FACE, it is their debut song and it's definitely their most popular (was actually the most viewed kpop debut song for 5 years! it got 12 million views by the end of 2012 which is crazy considering the lack of streaming culture back then), but I think within the fandom, their self-produced songs (such as the other three songs you reacted to) are much more preferred. Their self-produced work (everything after 2017) really reflects the Nu'est sound and utilizes the boys' voices much better (considering the boys take part in making and distributing parts)
I'm very happy to see that you have finally reacted to the Kpop group that I love the most. Unfortunately it is true, after 10 years, JR, Ren and Aaron did not renew their contracts. Baekho and Mingyun will continue with PLEDIS, I don't know if each one on their own or together. And the next Comeback and Album will be Nu'est's last. But still I hope that if you liked it, you will react to the rest of his MV.
If you want more mature sound of them you should check love paint and overcome!! Also every nuest w tittle track (where you at, deja vu, help me). Nuest w is basically ot4 nuest without Minhyun (Minhyun was in W1 at that time).
I was only ever a casual fan, but I will miss them. One of my favs from them is Love Me which has a lighter tone than any of these you reacted to, but I really loved that style on them. Their Nu'est W stuff is also some of my favs. I recommend Where U At.
Nuest went through a lot, it’s really sad seeing them disbanding 💔 i know them when they first debuted cause “face” was a hit back then but then i didn’t really hear of them until I rediscovered them through produce101 in 2017. i’m sure many people explained to you about them being in the show. My fav songs by them are overcome, hello, face and deja vu 🤍 i enjoyed ur reaction as always, hope you have a good day 💕
NU’EST is a 5 member boy group under Pledis Entertainment. They debuted on March 15, 2012 with “Face”. They disbanded on March 14, 2022. Fandom Name: L.O.Λ.E (Read as LOVE) Official Colors: Deep Teal & Vivid Pink Aron (아론) -Aaron Kwak -Lead Dancer, Lead Rapper, Vocalist -May 21, 1993 -173 cm (5’8”) -Korean-American Face: @2:54 @4:46 Bet Bet: @7:58 I’m In Trouble: @15:51 Inside Out: @20:20 JR (제이알) -Kim Jong Hyun -Leader, Main Rapper, Main Dancer, Face of the Group, Vocalist -June 8, 1995 -176 cm (5’9”) -Korean Face: @2:17 Bet Bet: @7:51 I’m In Trouble: @14:05 Inside Out: @21:36 Baekho (백호) -Kang Dong Ho -Main Vocalist -July 21, 1995 -175 cm (5’9”) -Korean Face: @3:16 Bet Bet: @6:56 I’m In Trouble: @14:35 Inside Out: @20:00 Minhyun (민현) -Hwang Min Hyun -Lead Vocalist -August 9, 1995 -181 cm (5’11”) -Korean Former member of WANNA ONE Face: @1:35 Bet Bet: @6:31 I’m In Trouble: @14:24 Inside Out: @18:59 Ren (렌) -Choi Min Ki -Vocalist, Maknae -November 3, 1995 -175 cm (5’9”) -Korean Face: @1:43 Bet Bet: @8:34 I’m In Trouble: @15:10 Inside Out: @20:05 Fun Fact: All of them (except Aron) were 16 years old in the FACE M/V
I just watch the whole of "Face" reaction and I was wondering how you didn't notice predebut SVT. They are so young in the M/V, thou, so I kind of get it.
JR is their leader and a friend of NCT’s Taeyong. (They’re both the same age, leaders, main rappers and main dancers, so I think they relate a lot.) Looking forward to their comeback.
thank you so much for reacting to them, it means a lot to us, ㄴㅇㅅㅌ (nu'est's fandom), especially at times like this. yes, they disbanded on the 14th and they just released an album to celebrate their 10th anniversary, which is on the 15th. yes, the contract expired just the day before their anniversary. sad, but it is what it is and all we got is their great music and memories to cherish for life. glad to see you enjoy their stuff, hope to see more!
I love Nu'est and it saddens me that they are disbanding, but I guess after all they have been through it is time for new adventures. One of my favorite Kpop songs of all time (meaning it is permanently in my playlist) is their song "Hello"
Nu'est is disbanding but your video is timing is not insensitive at all! It's actually very nice to see people still talk happily and enjoy Nu'est's music even if they won't be a group anymore. Loves (fandom name) really appreciate it
So bittersweet to see this. I’ve loved NU’EST since 2012 and I just wish Pledis had done better by them in the end. They were (d*mn does that hurt to say) such an amazing group and deserve all the love and respect in the world. They suffered immensely for their fame. I’m just happy after almost losing it all they got to have a good few years of fame and acknowledgement from the public. I’m going to miss them so, so much but I wish them all the success and happiness wherever they decide to go. Look up the documentary on them, you’ll cry. Their story is of true underdogs who made it to the top. I would love to see you react to it and to more of their works Hello, Overcome, Love Paint, Where You At, Help Me, I’m Bad and Minhyun has a solo called Universe that is so good (has an MV). Much thanks, Austin. It warms L.O.V.E (their fandom name)’s hearts to see a reaction even during this emotional time. They have a good discography and were not afraid to be different. The blond in Bet Bet was Baekho. The one with the voice you pointed out with the unique voice in Bet Bet was Ren. Key haircut is Aron. Black hair that you liked in I’m in Trouble was JR (deep, gritty vocals/rapping). Minhyun is the one at the end of Bet Bet and the one with longer blond hair in I’m in Trouble.
Yes Face is their debut and for a while it was the most viewed one of all time. Face has a good message and that’s part of why it blew up. Face was a bop back in the day ngl 😂. I still jam out to it in my throwback playlist. It will be a grower for you most likely as you didn’t listen to old Kpop when it was current Kpop. The chorus and melody will get stuck in your head, just you wait.
you should definitely listen to "hello"! it's another older song but a completely different vibe from face. hello is a more sad, vocal centric song. i also rightly recommend "deja vu", it's probably my favorite song from nu'est. I'm a casual fan of Nu'est, i don't fully stan them, so i can't speak for the fandom. but for me at least I'm grateful for the timing of this reaction. It's nice to see that people are still discovering and appreciating Nu'est even if they're disbanding. it makes sense why, but it always makes me sad when people don't want to give a group a chance bc they're disbanded or will be disbanding soon also in addition to s.coups being one of the bullies, hoshi also appears in face! pledis actually used trainees a lot as extras for music videos back then. if you ever react to orange caramel or hello venus you'll see some SVT members (and a few pristin members) pop up in those MVs too dhgkgj
Yay I'm glad this is finally back up! And no it's not insensitive to react to them now. Yes it's sad that they're disbanding but it's never too late to check out a group. I just hope you continue to react to them even though they're no longer active. My personal favorites of theirs: Nu'est: Hello Good Bye Bye Overcome Nu'est W (without Minhyun who was promoting with Wanna One at the time) Where you At Help Me Deja Vu
deep voice cutie, red hair (inside out): JR (Kim Jonghyun) 1995 (actor tho) Pink haired (i'm in trouble), nice arms(inside out): Baekho (Kang Dongho) 1995 (producer 😍, fitness king) sort blonde hair (i'm in trouble), love of my life: Aron (Kwak Aaron) 1993 (from la) cutie with glasses (i'm in trouble), nice voice, gaga fan: Ren (Choi Mingi) 1995 (musical actor, the dude does drag n we love him) the one starting inside out that made u almost choke: Minhyun (Hwang Minhyun) 1995 (actor, loves to clean, is a cutie) more song: love paint, overcome, love me, hello, drive (but the japanese version, is epic) bsides: look, stay up all night, call me back, back to me tbh all their songs are a nice
I remember the ending of bet bet mv being so emotional because it was showing minhyun returning to nuest after being in wannaone, a project group from pd101 s2
I am still reeling over the disbandment announcement 😭😭😭 but romanticize was one of my top favorite albums released in 2021 and I’d highly recommend you give it a listen! There’s even 5 solo songs on it for each member! I also think you would enjoy Nu’est W’s releases too. It was the subunit that performed without Minhyun when he was busy promoting with Wanna One, which is the group included in the Heaven performance. ALSO PLEASE WATCH THE DANCE PRACTICE VERSION OF HEAVEN BECAUSE THE AWARD SHOW ONE WILL MAKE YOU MAD WITH THE TERRIBLE CAMERA WORK 😡
Thanks for your first reaction to NU'EST song. Yet, it's said that NU'EST disbanded on the day they celebrated their debut 10th anniversary. The blonde hair one that you mistook as leader is Baekho, the main vocal and main producer (composing and writing lyrics for most of the group songs with Bumzu since late 2017). Bet Bet, I'm in Trouble and Inside Out are all his works. He's great at powerful highnotes while Minhyun the blonde guy in I 'm in Trouble is great at falsetto. The one with low register is JR (the black hair cute guy you said in I'm in trouble and red hair one in Inside Out) is the leader and main rapper and dancer He lacked confidence in singing and it's Baekho that encouraged him to sing, and this further add color to their songs. They debut at very young age, 4 Korean members were 16 while the eldest one Aron (the one rap 8n English in Face) from LA is only 18. Aron will turn 29 this May and the other 4 will turn 27 (JR in June, Baekho in July, Minhyun in August and Ren in Nov.) They were popular at the time of debut but due to mismanagement of Pledis, they were on.the brink of disbandment in early 2017. As the last effort to survive and stay together, the 4 Korean members gave up their pride and joined a survival show Produce 101 S2 (Aron didn't join due to led injury) and they finally got recognition of their talents. Minhyun succeeded to make into the final 11 line-up of a temporary (1.5 yrs) boy group WANNAONE. The other 4 formed a sub-unit NU'EST W, w means waiting for Minhyun. It's also from NU'EST W onwards Baekho started responsible for producing the group songs. Bet Bet is the first song released after Minhyun's return and in Fine (the song in.the last part of BET BET MV) Mihyun is walking back to join his brothers and they "lived happily ever after". Their b-side songs are also awesome. Please react to BASS, SHADOW, BLACK and there are special videos of these songs released by Pledis.
funny you should mention old lady gaga songs lmao. ren, the one you said had nice vocal distortion in bet bet and has glasses in i'm in trouble, is a huge little monster and takes a lot of influence from her
Their name is actually pronounced new east, and one of my biggest pet peeves in kpop, they are tied for my second group in kpop..... Lol, I'm surprised you didn't recognize any of the Seventeen members in Face's video, but since they were still fetuses it's understandable you didn't realize... Face is about bullying... Their disbandment is seriously affecting my emotional stability and I pre-ordered a kpop album for the first time ever
So surprisingly, while they did debut 10 years ago, all members are under 30. Aron is the oldest at 28 turning 29 (born '93), he's the one you said looked a bit like Key in "I'm in Trouble". The rest of the guys are all born in '95 so they're all currently 25 turning 26 this year. The low toned singer/rapper who's voice you love is JR, he is the leader of the group. The one that's hitting the crazy high notes and the one you thought looked like the leader, the one that works out is Baekho. You should check out his Men's Health cover (you're welcome). The one with blue hair in Inside Out (you mentioned his voice has some sort of distortion on it?) is Ren, he's the youngest. And the last member is Minhyun (he's the one that was laying down at the end of Bet Bet). The song that was at the end of Bet Bet was "I'm Fine" it's a B-side on the same album and that MV essentially marked the end of a storyline that started with "Overcome"
Here are some song reccomendations since I don't see many in the comments lol; Look (a Starlight Night) - has a performance video Overcome Love Paint Love Me Nuest w (group missing minhyun while he was in wanna one) Deja Vu Nuest w Help Me Nuest w Where you At
The man with pink hair, baekho, he works out with hoshi and woozi and mingyu😂 Nu'est and Seventeen are really close, there are tons of videos with interactions
can you react to their other songs? i'm really really appreciated if you do more reaction of them! overcome, love paint, love paint and nu'est w songs are great too
What everyone else said, and check out Nu'est W, their subunit. Their EP Who, You is perfection. My favorite is Ren for his beautiful voice, and the fact he does not give one rip about what people think about his androgynous style, which is also very beautiful.
thank you for reacting to nu’est! Would totally recommend you to react to their subunit songs (when minhyun was promoting with wanna one) nuest-w songs! Especially dejavu.
ngl, this was a god video to watch, im tired of crying dskjf hope u get to see nu'est's new song, 'again' btw ren (the blonde one in face) is a big fan of lady gaga lmao im praying for more nu'est content also, no one is sure if its a d word situation, lets just say pledis aint it... but the letter ffrom the members kinda indicate that... but we'll see next spring💖
N'uest has the most sad story as a group. I'm not in the fandome or anything but everytime I think about them I get sad, their history as a band is really difficult and their company is really shitty as what I heard and know. Also they're extremly slept on by the world of kpop.
The member with the deep voice is JR. Their leader, main rapper, main dancer, center and face of the group. Fun fact he is Pledis’ first male traine. Like for real he is the first
NU'EST is pronunciatied to "New est". ☞☞☞ ɴᴜ, ᴇsᴛᴀʙʟɪsʜ, sᴛʏʟᴇ, ᴛᴇᴍᴘᴏ ☜☜☜ 6:49 blond hair: Baek-ho. Main vocal and producing their songs like Woozi of SVT(always with BUMZU~ haha). 7:43 rapping man: JR. (Mean is Junior Loyal, Jong-hyun) He's leader. 8:09 unique tone man: Ren. (Min-gi) 14:51 cutie man: JR. 15:33 bright hair man: Aron. He's American. 19:25 abs... Definitely Baek-ho.
Aron is so fine he is the one with white hair in Im in trouble and he has been my bias since Face and my bias wrecker is Ren and he is the one with longer hair in Im in Trouble.
Hello. Thank you for your good reaction. On March 14, the "NU'EST" Group was disbanded. And on March 15, he made a comeback called "Needle_n_Bubble." MV music and scenes are very beautiful. Would you like to react to their recent return?
You know I only ever comment on SHINee videos. I got into SHINee in 2011 and was awaiting their 2012 comeback and I remember that's around the time Nu'est was debuting and they had a short reality show of getting to know Nu'est and I checked them out. I have followed them since debut. The only group I followed from the beginning. They have some good songs. Don't love all of them but I always looked foward to see what they would drop. I saw the lows they had and how they were close to flopping and disbanding. It was so sad and when 3 members went to Produce 101 and it brought in new fans I was so happy for them. Their company has been so crappy to them. It was so sad to hear they were disbanding. Baekho became the main songwriter of the group. I always waited to see them do solo careers but the company is crap and didn't give them a chance. It's too sad. Key is close to Jr and Ren from the group but supported the group in recent comebacks. Aww them disbanding is just so sad. I 😢😭
You need to watch this Nu'est guide that shows you the painful journey that they went and why Loves (fandom name) are so upset. Btw Nuest name in hangul loves like English word love. 뉴이스트 This is the journey of Nu'est video th-cam.com/video/vFk9ruu6YCo/w-d-xo.html
OMG!!! I didn't even recognize baby S. Coups!!!!
Quite a few of the Seventeen members are in Face! Seventeen and NU'EST trained together a lot after NU'EST debuted. FACE is their debut song. I'm so glad you reacted to them!
There are other members too 🤣, Hoshi,Wonwoo,Woozi,Mingyu are also there.
This bring back memories because exo and nu'est debuted in the same year so I see them a lot in music show too and I like nu'est song💕
I'm so incredibly sad about their disbandment I love Nu'est. Bet Bet is one of my favorite kpop songs.
I love bet bet so much!
Same. I’ve been a fan since debut for them. This cute so deep 😭. Kpop lost a gem.
Thank you sm for reacting to nuest
the members of nuest are also very close to the members of seventeen! Scoups almost debuted with nuest hahaha. He and hoshi are in the face mv :)
I follow NU'est since their debut and they are one of my favorite groups.
I recommend these songs for the next time: "Overcome", "Love paint", "Dejavu" and "Where you at". You will like their vocals.
I agree with your recommendations - I really love "Overcome" & "Love Paint". Their vocals...just wow!!
You should definitely react to some of their older songs, like:
Hello - 2013
Good Bye Bye - 2014
Overcome - 2016
Love Paint - 2016
At the time of those songs, they were REALLY underrated, and that's mostly their company's (PLEDIS) fault, because FACE was a HIT, and Pledis dropped the ball on them, specially with lack of promotion, at some point they even decided to become trainees again (2017).
And THAT was a key point to their career, because that step down as a group to become trainees again got them to sign to a reality show. 4 of the 5 members (Baekho, Minhyun, JR and Ren) signed up for Produce 101, that show would be the 2nd season of the Produce series (reality that would form I.O.I In 2016, Wanna One in 2017, IZ*ONE in 2018 and X1 in 2019), it was the 2nd overall season, and the 1st to feature male participants, since the 1st season was female only
As i said, 4 of the 5 members signed up, and they we're barely recognized as NU'EST members, SPOILER: their participation in the reality was a success, making those old songs (the ones i mentioned earlier) to chart, even tho they we're released 1 to 4 years prior to the reality, and of those, the most special one was definitely 'Hello', which was their BIGGEST flop, and during their part in the reality became a huge HIT
But even tho their part was a success, only 1 of the 4 members made to the final lineup (which later we would find out at least 2 other members were left out, due to voting manipulation), and that one was Minhyun, and he would be part of the Wanna One roster until december 2018
While Minhyun was alongside Wanna One (which was a great success by the way), NU'EST decided to comeback as a group, but without Minhyun. While Minhyun was temporarily out, they called themselves NU'EST W (the W stands for 'Waiting for Minhyun'), and during this period they've released great songs as well, like:
Where You At - 2017
Heaven (the song you mentioned with SEVENTEEN) - 2017
Dejavu - 2018
Help Me - 2018
After Wanna One's disbandment, Minhyun came back and NU'EST was finally complete again, and the 1st song they released as a full group was BET BET, the one you reacted in this video
As you saw in this video, FACE was released in 2012, which means 2022 marks their 10th birthday, and to "celebrate" that, they've released an album with their most iconic songs remastered, and a new title track called 'Again', unfortunetely, that song and album marks not only their 10th birthday, but their official disbandment as well...
The group's trajectory was a rollercoaster... but to those that went all the way through, it was absolutely worth it, the feeling of proud we felt for them when they've got the recognition they deserved during/after Produce 101, and to those that got to know them during/after the reality, they've discovered an amazing group to stan
Huge text, but that is just PART of their entire history, 10 years was hard to resume in a youtube comment, but i've tried my best :)
❤❤❤thanks, Nuest i love songs forever
Nu'est is very near and dear to my heart. I am a ho for Baekho and I don't care who knows it. I am heartbroken about their disbandment, but I wish them all nothing but the best in the future.
Hey 👋 also a ho for Baekho 😂
@@Betakitten87 a fellow ho over here too 🤣🙋♀️
@@Betakitten87 we got taste!
I am a bit late to this reaction but Austing thank you so much for reacting to NU'EST truly amazing artists
i was never super into nu’est as a stan but damn i’m so sad about their disbandment. they’re such talented guys who deserve much better. i’m in trouble was one of my favorite songs of 2020.
also, i miss ren’s long hair years so bad hahaha. he suited that look so well.
Yes he should react heaven
Looking forward to when you get back around to them again, and I will definitely tune in ^.^
So the members are
JR - leader and rapper (he has black hair with the low voice in I'm in trouble) 26
Aaron- oldest member and second rapper (he has the white short hair in I'm in trouble) 28
Minhyun - Vocalist and was a member of Wanna One. While he was in Wanna One NU'EST W was created (the one with longer white hair in I'm in trouble) 26
Beakho - was the one you said gave leader vibes he is a member of the BTG with BM. He is a vocalist. (He has the pink hair in in trouble) 26
Ren - he is the Maknae and is a vocalist. He also did modeling for a really long time you should check out some of his solo performances. (He is the one that starts I'm in trouble with the glasses on) 26
Their fandom name is LOVES but the v is upside down.
Nu'est has such an inspirational story behind them, they struggled a lot to get there. I want you to check out their documentary and Dejavu, help me and overcome
Omg I’ve been waiting for this😭
Yes they’re even better live.
All of Nu'est also acted in a Japanese Film called "Their distance" back in 2015
Aside from that, other members have done some acting too:
Baekho: He's done 3 musicals; Midnight Sun, Alter Boyz, and Equa
Minhyun: Has starred in 2 dramas; Live On and Soul Marriage (airing this summer) and played Count Axel Von Fersen in the Marie Antonette Musical
Ren: Starred in 2 musicals; Everybody's Talking About Jamie and Hedwig and the Angry Inch, he's also done some cameos in dramas and has a film in the works but no release date yet.
I think he didn't chose, the company decided haha, he even thought that Hoshi would be the leader of seventeen
Yes, i don't think he had the option to choose. But nu'est + woozi, coups, doyoon, and youngmin if i'm not mistaken, were supposed to be under the same group called TEMPEST but only 5 of them (nuest) got debuted first.
my boys are going to disband with one last album this tuesday the 15th. so support nu'est's latest comeback
The blonde one in Bet Bet is Baekho and no he isn't the leader but that man has got vocals tho. The one rapping after the chorus is JR the leader.
So a little bit about the members:
JR, the red haired deep-voice guy - leader, main rapper, main dancer
Aron, the similar hair style with Kibum - eldest, lead rapper, vocalist
Baekho, mr buffed guy - main vocal, producer
Minhyun, the one with the pretty head voice & falsettos - lead vocalist, visual
Ren, the one with the long hair in Face & glasses guy in I'm in Trouble - vocalist, maknae
Before Jeonghan, Ren was pledis' official flower boy, he had long hair for most of their earlier career and a big fan of Lady Gaga too!
I hope you continue to check them out despite their disbandment :'). And I strongly suggest checking out Nu'est W too ^^
Some of Seventeen were actually in the Face mv lmao.
I remember when i was younger and playing "face" and some of their other songs on TV and dancing to them. They are so good. Love them
Their voices harmonize very well, they are an underrated gem, the Kpop world lost five kings of vocal and visual, I recommend you to watch their documentary

Fun Fact: All of them (except Aron) were 16 years old in the FACE M/V
I just watch the whole of "Face" reaction and I was wondering how you didn't notice predebut SVT. They are so young in the M/V, thou, so I kind of get it.
JR is their leader and a friend of NCT’s Taeyong. (They’re both the same age, leaders, main rappers and main dancers, so I think they relate a lot.) Looking forward to their comeback.
yoo, glad you got to check them out! looking forward to you exploring them more too if you'd like
thank you so much for reacting to them, it means a lot to us, ㄴㅇㅅㅌ (nu'est's fandom), especially at times like this. yes, they disbanded on the 14th and they just released an album to celebrate their 10th anniversary, which is on the 15th. yes, the contract expired just the day before their anniversary. sad, but it is what it is and all we got is their great music and memories to cherish for life.
glad to see you enjoy their stuff, hope to see more!
It's nice to see that people are still discovering and appreciating Nu'est even if they're disbanding. it makes sense why, but it always makes me sad when people don't want to give a group a chance bc they're disbanded or will be disbanding soon
also in addition to s.coups being one of the bullies, hoshi also appears in face! pledis actually used trainees a lot as extras for music videos back then. if you ever react to orange caramel or hello venus you'll see some SVT members (and a few pristin members) pop up in those MVs too dhgkgj
When Nu'est debuted, 4 for of the boys were 16 years old. I am so proud of them.
Yay I'm glad this is finally back up! And no it's not insensitive to react to them now. Yes it's sad that they're disbanding but it's never too late to check out a group. I just hope you continue to react to them even though they're no longer active.
My personal favorites of theirs:
Nu'est:
Hello
Good Bye Bye
Overcome
Nu'est W (without Minhyun who was promoting with Wanna One at the time)
Where you At
Help Me
Deja Vu
They are really rich and luxurious in sound. I guess that or
deep voice cutie, red hair (inside out): JR (Kim Jonghyun) 1995 (actor tho)
Pink haired (i'm in trouble), nice arms(inside out): Baekho (Kang Dongho) 1995 (producer 😍, fitness king)
sort blonde hair (i'm in trouble), love of my life: Aron (Kwak Aaron) 1993 (from la)
cutie with glasses (i'm in trouble), nice voice, gaga fan: Ren (Choi Mingi) 1995 (musical actor, the dude does drag n we love him)
the one starting inside out that made u almost choke: Minhyun (Hwang Minhyun) 1995 (actor, loves to clean, is a cutie)
more song:
love paint, overcome, love me, hello, drive (but the japanese version, is epic)
bsides: look, stay up all night, call me back, back to me
tbh all their songs are a nice
NUEST is amazing
I love that fact of baby seveteen's (s.coups, woozi, mingyu, hoshi) show up in that video
Aron will turn 29 this May and the other 4 will turn 27 (JR in June, Baekho in July, Minhyun in August and Ren in Nov.)
They were popular at the time of debut but due to mismanagement of Pledis, they were on.the brink of disbandment in early 2017.
Please react to BASS, SHADOW, BLACK and there are special videos of these songs released by Pledis.
back in the day face my jam!
I hope you can react more to them
funny you should mention old lady gaga songs lmao. ren, the one you said had nice vocal distortion in bet bet and has glasses in i'm in trouble, is a huge little monster and takes a lot of influence from her
Oh my god. Thx for reacting to them!!!!! I want to go home to watch this video with agly cry...
Here are some song reccomendations since I don't see many in the comments lol;
Look (a Starlight Night) - has a performance video
Overcome
Love Paint
Love Me
Nuest w (group missing minhyun while he was in wanna one) Deja Vu
Nuest w Help Me
Nuest w Where you At
The news really made me sad. But I appreciate all these years of hard work and all that it cost them to stay as a group. 💕
Please react to more of them 🥰
17:44 "well...so i love man"
i'm in tears LOL but same sir, that video was something else
THANK YOU FOR REACT TO NUEST, SIR! YOU HAVE ✨TASTE✨ALREADY!
Love reacts
The FACE's melody reminds me a little part of EXO-CBX'S CBX! It's catchy and bop!
*whenever baekho abs on screen*
i can hear austin internally screaming
I love nu est face!
The man with pink hair, baekho, he works out with hoshi and woozi and mingyu😂 Nu'est and Seventeen are really close, there are tons of videos with interactions
Ages you guessed are pretty close! All born between '93 and '95
can you react to their other songs? i'm really really appreciated if you do more reaction of them! overcome, love paint, love paint and nu'est w songs are great too
What everyone else said, and check out Nu'est W, their subunit.
Especially dejavu.
ngl, this was a god video to watch, im tired of crying dskjf
hope u get to see nu'est's new song, 'again'
btw ren (the blonde one in face) is a big fan of lady gaga lmao
im praying for more nu'est content
also, no one is sure if its a d word situation, lets just say pledis aint it... but the letter ffrom the members kinda indicate that... but we'll see next spring💖
one of these boys(ren) is really look like luhan
and scoups have in this mv!
I wish you'll also react to hello. It's a legendary song that always make a comeback on music charts whenever they're having a comeback
Thank You ❤️
thank you for reacting to them! they are such a great group and definitely deserve more. btw, nu'est pronoun is 'new east', not 'new est'
N'uest has the most sad story as a group. I'm not in the fandome or anything but everytime I think about them I get sad, their history as a band is really difficult and their company is really shitty as what I heard and know. Also they're extremly slept on by the world of kpop.
PLEASE IM IN TROUBLE IS A REAL PROBLEM, IM ALWAYS SCREAM WITH THE MV
The member with the deep voice is JR. Their leader, main rapper, main dancer, center and face of the group. Fun fact he is Pledis’ first male traine. Like for real he is the first
OMG how did i missed this?
JR is the first male trainee from PLEDIS 🥺
NU'EST is pronunciatied to "New est".
☞☞☞ ɴᴜ, ᴇsᴛᴀʙʟɪsʜ, sᴛʏʟᴇ, ᴛᴇᴍᴘᴏ ☜☜☜
6:49 blond hair: Baek-ho. Main vocal and producing their songs like Woozi of SVT(always with BUMZU~ haha).
7:43 rapping man: JR. (Mean is Junior Loyal, Jong-hyun) He's leader.
8:09 unique tone man: Ren. (Min-gi)
14:51 cutie man: JR.
15:33 bright hair man: Aron. He's American.
19:25 abs... Definitely Baek-ho.
Aron is so fine he is the one with white hair in Im in trouble and he has been my bias since Face and my bias wrecker is Ren and he is the one with longer hair in Im in Trouble.
it's the "I LOVE MEN" for me.
The cute black hair boy in Truble video is JR and he is the lider
Hello. Thank you for your good reaction. On March 14, the "NU'EST" Group was disbanded. And on March 15, he made a comeback called "Needle_n_Bubble." MV music and scenes are very beautiful. Would you like to react to their recent return?
You cannot learn nuest without hello though~ yeoboseyo 🎶

They're my Ult group and they are disbanding 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Also peep baby seventeen in the face MV
I think you should really check out sleep talking and overcome!!
I would love more nuest reaction :) maybe deja vu, hello and good bye bye
my favourite song is VVITH
Hello and Sleep Talking are the triade with FACE for me
You should react to Overcome and Love Paint next :D
You need to watch this Nu'est guide that shows you the painful journey that they went and why Loves (fandom name) are so upset. Btw Nuest name in hangul loves like English word love. 뉴이스트
This is the journey of Nu'est video
