I want a 40% but truthfully everytime one of the budget board companies does something the others follow so I think I'll wait a few months and see how Aula, royal kludge etc. react to this development.
The way to use a 40% is to have the two spacebars act as layer modifiers as well, making full use of a conveniently placed digit (the thumb) that is normally underutilised in bigger keyboards.

the keyboard already has thick layers of foam and dampening materials, but you can like add a tape mod possibly or lube the switches if you want
