The president seemed unable or unwilling to hold anti-Semitic professors accountable or to give anyone more than a "talking to" for things that would NEVER be tolerated if they were directed at the Left's untouchable holy trinity,- blacks, Muslims, or trans people. I am horrified at what they say has been happening at the University, but more horrified at what the President and other leaders at Columbia have said about what has NOT been done! It’s much worse than I thought, and I’m shocked that so little has been done. I would have thought that professors by the dozens would have been escorted from their classrooms, never to return, the President and many other Administrative people fired, and students suspended permanently. My God, how could this be happening at Universities in the USA? Have we imported these people, or done it to ourselves, or both? Shame, Shame!

So if *any* discussion of supposed anti-semitism on college campuses starts off with no mention of this, you can safely assume that it's just politically driven, willfully ignorant garbage -- no exceptions.

Universities are centra of intellectual freedom. All political, social, cultural etc expression under the umbrella of academics should be able to flow freely.

I think there is sincere concerns from the faculty with some good actions taken. The problem is the speed of clamping down on these activities with the national university anti-semitism activities being coordinated by outside actors! This is a public university and over site is mandated in a way private universities can dodge! And where is the DOJ and FBI? Shame, shame!

Suspend the Colleges accreditation. That means no financial aid, no enrolling new students. They must teach out the students currently enrolled. They must present a corrective plan of action approved by Congress.
