The Non-Canon Expert looks at how Darth Vader reacted after learning from the ruler of a planet allied with the Galactic Empire that Luke had been executed, explaining how Darth Vader would find himself in such a situation that was of course false, and also how the Sith Lord reacted once he learned of this outcome for his son.

I remember that was a thing in SWTOR. In one of the Jedi playthroughs, you kill a sith who infiltrated the Jedi order and then his dad hunts you for the rest of the game.

Otari Muradishvili The guy’s a big baby. Pretty much everything bad that’s happened to him was his own damn fault. But he’s literally incapable of owning his mistakes like an adult. So he lashes out at everybody else. I may enjoy this series, but I can’t ignore that Vader has betrayed, tortured and slaughtered countless people for the stupidest reasons (and sometimes for no reason at all). I have no sympathy or pity to offer him. Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan should have left him to rot on Tatooine. Everything in the story had gone from bad to worse to total shit storm from the minute his training started.

Legends does a lot to flesh out Vader, how badass he was and why everyone was rightfully terrified of him. Even on his side, you were just a bad day away from "permanent retirement".

Yvonne Wadford hi, if search for "biochips clone wars" on TH-cam it gives few videos on topic.. were explained more in clone wars animated series
Syfo Dias never commissioned the clones, he was killed long before then, it was Dooku posing as him the whole time. And the chips were always part of the Clone's design, it was inserted during the formation of the brain during development. There you go.

To add to what I said before, I recently learned that he had already been advocating for a GAR before his disappearance and that's why the Jedi believed that explanation by the Kaminoans.

@@davidhatcher7016 The head designer of the Death Star in Legends. Palpatine was so furious at the Death Star's destruction, that he killed Lemelisk by having him slowly eaten alive by a hoard of carnivorous insects in a cage.
Palatine then used Essence Transfer to revive Lemelisk into fresh bodies so he could slowly kill him again multiple times in different ways. When Lemelisk was eventually captured by New Republic forces and sentenced to a firing squad, he told them something along the lines of "Make sure you do it right this time."

I remember reading this comic. The book cut back to an irate Lord Vader with Prepredenko kneeling before him, and labeled the location as "the very center of hell."
Right before Prepredenko gave his answer, some guys in a bar were complaining about how the camera was moving back to a worse angle, too far back & too high up. Unbeknownst to them, the camera recording the event was 3DVO, the same droid who gave false data to his king in revenge.
Moral of the story: *never belittle droids.*
Also, love that the last panel of the third comic book issue deems the poor ruler's location as "The very center of hell".
Give us a new animated show with Luke and gang between new hop and empire!
This was one of my favorite SW comics back in the day. Used to reread it quite frequently.

@@fazbrogaming7776 Yes, and then they would have to forgo making movies and shows, because the fandom would throw a fit if the thing they like wasn't adapted. The whole reason the canon was reset is so they could make new things and still have an expanded universe. Comics do it about once a decade
TheKyrix82 good point, I think this is the error that they are having with the upcoming Project Luminous, which takes place in the high republic, what disappointing is that it will only be released in Novels and comics, rather than having it be a movie or tv series.
I hope that in the future they could change their minds.
@@fazbrogaming7776 The entire point for rebooting the canon was so that everything new thing they make could line up and fit. It also freed them up to make new things. For example: Rogue One couldn't have happened in Legends, and would we really want them to make a movie of the first mission of Jedi Outcast? Would Kyle Katarn breaking into a facility, grabbing the plans and shooting his way out have the impact of Rogue One's sacrifice? And yeah, Force Awakens had a lot of flaws...but what Legends story should Disney have made instead? Truce at Bakura...starting directly after Return of the Jedi? With the state all the actors were in, you'd either have to recast everyone, or animate it, either would be jarring. The Thrawn Trilogy? Same issue, yeah it was 5 years later, but is anyone really gonna buy that Luke aged THAT MUCH in 5 years? And we've already seen what it looks like when we de-age Leia for a few seconds, imagine a trilogy looking like that. New Jedi Order? Easier, but the fandom kind of HATED that storyline...and no matter what you adapt, people will throw a fit that you started there. "How DARE you skip straight to Thrawn! Bakura happened next in the timeline!" "You made Thrawn? Seriously? That's so overrated, the Yuuzhan Vong are MUCH better villains!" "Oh my god, New Jedi Order? Did we HAVE to watch Chewie die as soon as Disney took over? God, you people suck!" And so on...

Dude this is star wars. The entire CIS dosn't follow Asimov's laws.
Also Xims empire, the Bounty Hunter alliance,the Huts (even they had war driods), the Empire, the Republic, the new republic, the rebels, andient Mandalorians(I'm talking about the basilisk war driods they used as mounts), the Sith empire, the Chiss, the Racata empire, Tecno Union (pre c.i.s), the first order(and probably the last order but we haven't seen enough to be sure yet), the Je'daii(no they aren't the Jedi order they existed before that), and any other factions that may of had ever used even a single war/guard driods.
Litterly every major faction except for the Uuzhan vong had basically used atleast at some point some driods that didn't follow Asimov's laws of robotics.
