Thank you! I just enrolled and had to choose classes for my daughter (9th grade) I was confused that I didn't get the option to select the honor pathway. Now I know what I need to do! Thank you! ❤
Thanks for the info! I was looking to put my son in this program. Do you recommend paying for the social part of the program where they can interact with other students?
Hey that's no problem. I would start with the monthly subscription and test out the social part, we haven't tried that out. Good luck to you and your family and I'm here if you have any other questions.
@@snarfallymunchacen85 Yes you can but if the goal is doing the honors pathway, I would start right away doing honors. If not, you might waste more time doing extra classes.
@@UltratecJS Wait, please explain. Can you use Power Homeschool and then switch to Acellus to save money and otherwise, for what benefit? What are the pros and cons? New video!
@@invisiblewoman9684 The only reason I can think of is to save money. They both have the same exact material. We started with Acellus and decided not to switch back and forth but that can be done to save some dinero 🤑.
@@UltratecJSbut I’m worry in case laws change even though my boys are in grade 5,3 and 2 would it be wise to switch to Acellus Academy from power homeschool for accreditation purposes ? UNO nunca sabe!
@@Curlydomini I preferred to always stick with Acellus myself. Some people do Power and then switch to Acellus later on but it's going to depend on you. If you can afford the extra money with Acellus go for it.
If you go here: web3.ncaa.org/hsportal/exec/hsAction?hsActionSubmit=searchHighSchool and enter the CEEB code for Acellus 260071 it will show you all the NCAA courses in Acellus that seem to be for High Schoo only. I would reach out directly to Acellus for the 7th grade levels.
@@Sam-vk1yx hi, I hope that you see this... Call support and they will give you a contact email. In the body of the email tell the Acellus team to contact your school for your child's transcript. They will then upload everything as needed. They will also give special classes to accommodate for an IEP or 504.. Good luck, I just enrolled today and found out this information..
Your videos are the most helpful videos out there for acellus and power homeschool thank you so much for the time making them
I appreciate the kind words and I'm glad I could help out!

If I sign my daughter up for the Standard pathway now, next semester or next year can we transition to the honors pathway? Thank you.

this was a very informational video. Thank you
No problem!
Do you have to upload transcripts from previous schools to begin the high school program?
You can start without them but if you want credit for certain classes you can submit them.
What about a 7th grader? Do they have NCAA plans?

Will public highschool credits transfer over to Acellus if we make the change to Acellus?
Yes they should transfer!
I was wondering the same thing. Where do I upload my sons transcript from public school?
