Excellent video. I am looking for strength training alternatives due to a knee injury and I forgot all about the kettlebell. I love kettlebell and this will be a great way to start back up again with my workouts. Your explanations are and demonstrations are excellent!
kb floor press is a pretty good upper chest exercise, feels like something inbetween a closegrip bench and a reversegrip bench but i rotate the kettlebell inwards as I press
Great video! Nice wisdom in the floor press...you can start pressing before you learn to clean the bell... Was just trying to do a program for a friend and this video is much needed help. Thanks!

Hello Coach can you explain superset ? Does this mean doing the deadlift and floor press (both sides ) 3-5 reps 1 set stop rest and then repeat?
