This is what we all needed back in 2010... some of us got stuck with epson wf series printers (notorious for head cleaning wasting 90% of the ink because of a broken suction system not getting the air out of the heads) and a graphtec craft robo pro, which everything took up a *load of space lol.. this is on the to buy list...
Do you have to wait to let ink dry after printing and cutting before applying to the shirt or can you go straight from the cutter tape it off and press?
hi, I wondering what's the advantage of using two magenta ink cartridge ? and is the white ink useful, as you cans print on white flex and cut the parts you want to be tranparent out ? thank you
hi there, Double magenta last longer :) I prefer this over white ink as is very expensive, and as you said most media is white any way. is only useful if you print stickers on transparent vinyl, but even than white don't look that good.
Hi, how are you? I have a lot of doubts, I am starting in the middle of the publisher and I would like to ask you if you can help me with some meters of advertising material such as canvases, paper for business cards, vinyl, and paper brochures, I live in Vallejo ca. Thank you
Hi! not sure if you can answer my question but i it possible to use this printer as a cutter only with regular vinyl if I wanted to utilize it multiple ways?

Hi, how long does the print last once on the top? Like how many washes till it fades or has to been chucked as the ink has gone from the media on the top? Thanks
Gadget Triple 7 i never counted. But i have tshirts that i printed 3 years a go and they are still perfect. This is solvent ink so washing powder is not aggressive enough to wash ink off.
Gadget Triple 7 I wouldn’t say it will make your chest sweaty, but there would be transfer feel. As any printing, this one also has pros and cons. One of the cons is the quite a bit of a feel on the transfer.
nice.. so the transfers are actually quite durable. I'm thinking of buying the roland vs 300i so i can do bigger stuff for businesses.. thanks for the reply
Hi Paul. Would You mind to share vinyl type You use or supplier maybe? I was with one for couple of years but recently they mess all orders and quality falls down with every order. Cheers
no pealing, no cracking. On full set??? all up to the size but if you go for let say larger breast logo than i will be able to do 1000s. this printer is very cheap to run.
Thanks for sharing this great video. I'm thinking about buying the Bn20. Mainly for sticker printing. Selling my own custom stickers and doing bulk orders. Would this be a good printer to start off with? Also when would I need the white ink instead of the metallic ink? what do you suggest? I'm really new at this. Would appreciate your help.
+Suhail Amar Hi. Thanks for watching my video. This i sPERFECT machine for start. Not sure what volume you doing now but if you can afford bigger then go bigger. but if this size os good for what you doing then cool! reference to ink, I wouldn't go for white or metallic. both are very expensive but you wont use them to often. Most good sticker vinyls are white so no need for white ink. My set up is double Magenta and I would always recommend it to anyone.
+how to print stuff uk For volume I'm looking at starting at 50 up to 1000. The larger number being bulk orders although very few. This printer would fit right into my budget. Thanks for the insight on the inks. I appreciate your help very much. Thanks.
how to print stuff uk Thanks for the anser! can I ask you another question? does any other degital printer work for making skateboard graphics? This loland bc20 printer was too expencive for me to buy. is there any low price degital printer that work for me? Thanks.
i was thinking about getting the BN 20 for my home office, do you think its better to lease or purchase. What is upkeep cost? Is it a big learning curve. Thanks in advance for the information.
+Bluestees hi! bn-20 its great machine. I bought it for cash. but if you thinking about lease then this is fine as long as you have loads of jobs for it. bn-20 its very easy to use and after just couple of hours playing you know most of the think if not all :)
Paul - I would love to buy a roland bn-20. Have looked at the graphtec ce-6000 plotter cutter at £1150 it just cuts.... The best price for a bn20 I got is £4295 - which prints and cuts. I'm just starting out... not many customers. Would you advise me to buy a cheap 2nd hand cutter get selling (1&2 colour designs) and then upgrade when I know the business is there to pay for the bn20? Thanks for spending time making these videos, they're really helpful. All the best for the New Year!! John
+John Pickering Hi John! I dont know how advanced you are now. So if you can afford BN20 then go for it! its more then two colour designs only. its stickers, canvass, labels, t-shirt and all! all in one machine. sothis will build your customer base much quicker then basic tees with one or two colour designs. all the best and happy new year! Paul
Thanks for the video. All I wanted was to see it print n cut. You were the only once that should this without the sales pitch. Amazing what is out there. I do have one question. When you do stickers, are they water proof or just to be used indoors? Again thank you.
Hi - is the video in real-time please, or did you speed up any of the printing sections? I am looking to buy one of these but a number of people say that they are slow machines. Just want to give myself some context - and if the video that you have shown is it printing in real time, I'd be happy with the speed for the jobs I need to undertake.
+Skynepsis Hi there! I love every second of using this printer. if i have a huge job i dont quote for extra fast service as printer its not super fast. but quality of prints are fantastic ;)
Hi. Completely different printing methods. all has good and bad points. eco solvent is very good if you have garment that can not be screen printed or is only one off. You can also print 100's logos for breast application for example while you slip... its really all depends what you want it to use for.

I like VersaStudio Signmaker BN20. I would like to know the complete details and price.
Hi, do you need any special ink to print a T-shirt, or is it printed with the ink that comes with the printer?
Is there a reason you didn't contour cut .5mm inside the image? would have looked a lot nicer and closer to a screen printed shirt.
Hi, how are you? I have a lot of doubts, I am starting in the middle of the publisher and I would like to ask you if you can help me with some meters of advertising material such as canvases, paper for business cards, vinyl, and paper brochures, I live in Vallejo ca. Thank you
What is the brand of your heat transfer media. please
Hi, where did you get the heat press ?

Hi! not sure if you can answer my question but i it possible to use this printer as a cutter only with regular vinyl if I wanted to utilize it multiple ways?
Hi, yes. Definitely. When I don’t print, I use it as a cutter only. But please note that it will be quite slow cutter :)

Gadget Triple 7 i never counted. But i have tshirts that i printed 3 years a go and they are still perfect. This is solvent ink so washing powder is not aggressive enough to wash ink off.
Is it also breathable. Like if I have an A4 size on the chest it would make my chest sweaty? Thank you for knowledge
Gadget Triple 7 I wouldn’t say it will make your chest sweaty, but there would be transfer feel. As any printing, this one also has pros and cons. One of the cons is the quite a bit of a feel on the transfer.
how long will this type of heat transfer last before it starts to fade and crack going through wash cycles
hard to say. but i have a t-shirts here that are 1y old and none of them traced. so they are very hard wearing :)
nice.. so the transfers are actually quite durable. I'm thinking of buying the roland vs 300i so i can do bigger stuff for businesses.. thanks for the reply
yes, it is very durable. all printed with eco solvent printer so don't mistake it with inkjet transfer :)
