I just recently bought a flattop H&H cargo v nose and there is no support under the floor in the V area , I found this out by stepping there. and I took pics of the under side. 2021 enclosed cargo Not a good idea for a cargo trailer to not have support under the floor. One other thing is the SMELL, I have had this now for a couple of weeks and the chemical smell is so bad , we had a mattress in the cargo trailer left in there for 2 days and it now stinks , It has this " engineered wood" looks like wafer board osb etc.. and not sure where the odor is coming from might be the gray caulking all around the inside??? but how can I get this smell out of there

The front v-area of the trailer was not designed to haul a lot of concentrated weight thus not requiring the additional support before the first crossmember. The Topline Series unit does offer more support as it is designed differently then this HH Series Flat-top. The Flat-top was designed for more general use, while the Topline was designed for contractors. As for the smell, this is normal between the caulking and the wood. It does dissipate over time and to help, it is recommended to leave the trailer open to air out.

This was the 570 RZR Trail by Polaris. Based on their website, roughly 50" wide.

@@HH_Trailers Thank you very much for the quick reply. I have this trailer and was wondering how wide of a side-by-side I could fit in there.
