Hisense Aw1221DR3W review

I am so impressed with this air conditioner with heater. It was simple to install with easy to follow directions. It is high quality and looks fabulous. My husband put some molding around it and it looks terrific. It works like a charm. Cools my whole downstairs and it even feels cooler upstairs as well. This is a added bonus for me since I thought it only would cool one floor. You can set your temperature and you are all set. Set it and forget it!! It has several modes fan, dry., cool, eco and heat. When you select dry it automatically sets temperature is a cool feature. I also love the eco mode since you save energy with that setting. I highly recommend this product.

We just bought a Hisense 12k btu 550 sq feet windowed. I don't know if this one has a heater but we won't be using the heater. We love the cold. I really hope this one lasts a while for us. I think our other one is a Frigidaire.

Ok so I have 2 of these the cold is beautiful but why when I turn on the heat one side is cold and the other side is warm in confused...

Will it only run constantly? I want the fan to shut off when the desired temp is reached. It seems only the compressor shuts off automatically, not the main fan.

@@jessicamcgill6864 I got one. It will run on eco mode which allows it to run the fan constantly, but cycle the actual air conditioner on and off. So it will be running, I hear the AC part turn off, but the fan keep blowing, then it gets too warm in the room and the AC kicks back on. Again, the whole time the main loud fan is blowing.

If your Highsense is an Inverter unit, the unit should ideally not shut off. Inverter compressors will lower their output and slow the fan speed in order to run more efficiently and save money.

We moved in into a house with this new AC, but afrer using it for a month... it sounds like ors full of water. I dint see any water dripping out the back like many ive seen. So im hoping it was installed properly.

This air conditioner is absolute hot garbage. Literally the worst appliance I’ve purchased in the past decade.
Wifi simply doesn’t set up. Tech support is abysmal and unprofessional.
And the worst part, it can’t keep temperature within 8 degrees Fahrenheit of its setting.
I love my Hisense TV but this A/C is complete and utter trash.
