If you have deep laugh lines, preferably get fillers because topical serums are not going to be effective.

1# Can we use it for life time just like retinoids ? If not then how long we can use it ?
2# Can we layer up it with adapalene ? If yes then what should we apply 1st adapalene or azelaic acid

I don't want to use it for life time but long term i.e. 4-5 year . Because i am very obsessed with its benefits against acne . My skin is acne prone. please clear my confusion . Can I use it for long term or not.
And my 2nd question was , can I layer it up with adapalene ?

Doc i was on accutane for 4 months straight and with 3 months of gap i started using ordinary retinol 0.2% but there's no drynes itchiness,is it normal after being on accutane or my retinol is fake?

Yes, the serum can be used during the day with sunscreen.
Retinoids start showing benefits after almost 3 to 6 months of regular use atleast 5 times a week.
For darkening of skin, make sure you are using sunscreen during the day while using Retinoids.

Mam plz recommend some instant result cream for (normal) pigmentation around 3o+ age
Treating pigmentation takes time, consistency and patience. Anything or anyone claiming to give instant results can cause you more harm than good.
