Hello my skin barrier got totally damaged and I visited the dermatologist I am now following his routine for my extremely sensitive acne prone skin.....currently it is Am - Washing my face with water Ivatherm thermal spring water Ozewid 1% Moisturizer Sunscreen PM Bioderma Cleansing oil Azelia salicylic acid for ,30 mins Rinse with water (prescribed by doc) Ivatherm thermal spring water One thing hyaluronic acid toner Simple hydrating moisturizer/Klairs midnight blue calming moisturizer The last two products are added by me only as they help me in keeping my skin soft and healthy Is this fine or should I visity dermat again????
