I hope you enjoyed getting the back inlet manifold bolt out. I used to do them all without splitting the manifold. Had a 1/4 drive with a wobbly bar I made up. Regards Steve.
Looks really good, hopefully has enough displacement to fill the 4 litre. I would have made the plenum larger and mounted the blower more central or on its side, get yourself a 12:1 rising rate fmu to up the fuel pressure with boost, add an additional inline bosch 044 pump and you'll be able to send it.

I'm doing an m90 supercharger on au engine too, only in an xf. I'm using a modified bbm lower so it will fit under the bonnet. Why do people still think you remove the bbm butterflies for turbo? It's long been known you get better bottom end torque and quicker spool with them working.

Nice work mate. Will have to bring it back to Benaraby for a thrash down the 1/4 after its finished.
There's people running high 9s with boost on stock AU internals + cam, valve springs and head studs lol. AU's never stop doing incredible things.
That car does have a perfect setup though. C4 trans + 3000stall + 3.45 lsd.

I already did this on a ba falcon and it doesn’t stick out the bonnet. You should do a carb setup. Simplifies everything

couldn't delete ac, flip it and run a smaller or larger belt. AC Compressors hate redline. Screwed 2 AC systems trying to stay cool ripping skids
