drinkallthesunshine How's the flavor on the Carolina Reaper? I find ghost peepers to not have a super interesting flavor profile. I like the adjuma and Madame Jeanette for my high scoville peppers. I like the fruity flavor with my burning. Ghost peppers taste a bit dusty aside from the heat.

One trick I learned years ago for neutralizing the intense burn of spicy stuff is having a bit of sugar. I was told the sweetness somehow cancels out the spicy and it seems (to me, in the many times I've tried it since) to be more effective than milk.
