She was so good. When I started watching Another World it took a week or so to figure out relationships,etc. I saw that Vicky and Marley were supposed to be sisters and I wasn't buying it. They just didn't seem to be from the same family. Then I realized they were supposed to be twins. Puleeze. So after about 2 weeks, like six Vicky/Marley episodes, I finally got that Anne Heche was both of them. She created 2 fully filled out characters, Marley reticent and self protective, Vicky passionate, aggressive and ready to take offense. She did it from the inside so she didn't have to be too obvious with different accents or a physical distinction. I was and remain so impressed. Ms Heche's family said today that she has died some days after her car crash. Peace
Anne Heche was actually the second actress to play Vicky/Marley!! They started off with Ellen Wheeler playing Marley Love was first called Donna's baby sister but that changed!!
@SoapsGoldenAge I agree...all the actresses that played Vicky were good...even Rhonda Lewin and temporary actress Cynthia Watros were good. But if I had to pick the best Vicky Hudson/Marley Love Hudson McKinnon would be Anne Heche
I acutally liked ALL the actresses (except for Rhonda Lewen or whoever that was who played her for a minute). Ellen, Anne & Jensen were all good. Prob Anne was the best actress but I can't watch her anymore without thinking how nutty she is in her personal life. It sucks cause she really is wonderful here.
Anne Heche was so wonderful on this show she was just incredible.
Vicki and Donna had such a complicated relationship and Anne and Anna were such wonderful actresses. They could be hilarious too.
