Definitely here in the UK the so called Chinese food is dreadful in general. One of the best we ever had was at the Chinese consulate in Manchester.

Guizhou is the most densely populated area of highways in southwestern China

They'll get around it & better the silly ones trying to put obstacles in their way like their Space Station, Quantum Communications Satellites, fastest wind tunnels in the world, etc. 😊

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I just spent one month in Different parts of China, and while it is true that the airports, railway stations and malls are modern and awesome, the general feeling of the cities cannot even be compared to Europe. It is so much better maintained here in Europe. And the countryside comparison would make no sense at all. Have you ever visited any village or small town in Germany, for example?
I have visited numerous, what I would call upper middle-class apartments, in China, and judging by the construction quality, most of the buildings would not pass any building inspection in Europe.
USA is different, it has huge wealth but also poverty. Middle-class there is very comfortable, and spending power is on a totally different level...
One advice: adhere to the truth, at least to some extent, or youtube watchers will write you off as propaganda.
And finally, I am not a China hater: the sceneries are among the best in the world and most people are lovely.

UK's Chinese food is mainly Cantonese (Hong Kong). It is gear towards locals but depending on where you eat it, you can get some reasonably authentic ones. Due to insufficient supply of good chiefs, some places can be rather poor...
You gained those kg because western food is mainly processed food.
Lincoln seems to have just learned the word "no" and is using it all the time. Cute little guy. I wonder how much of this long trip he'll remember when he grows up.

My son and daughter are working for the NHS in UK. Too busy to travel. They are Canadian born Chinese and have not stepped foot in Asia. Hope one day, we can all visit China, Japan Korea and ASEAN countries!❤️from🇨🇦🇨🇳🇭🇰
China Is recently offering 144 hours visa-free to travellers from most of the developed countries. It's more convenient to go travel now than before. :D

I actively avoided all things China most of my life because the Revolution and many aspects of 20th century Chinese political upheaval made me so incredibly sad. But this last year, at 55, I’ve become incredibly interested. I now dream of visiting for a lperiod of time to learn about the language, the country, the culture, the people, and +++++ the especially the FOOD. I wonder if they organise student home stay exchanges for older students of the university of life? Learning about all things China?
If they do can you sign me up please? At the moment I’m a full time cared for my elderly parents, but this will not be forever. Organising my China exchange, in my head, keeps me going. I’m a history nut, and China has such a rich and extensive recorded history … I am looking forward to living my dream. One day

You must be feeling everything is so cheap in China after stayed in Europe especially UK for while, hope you had good time with families, the longer I stayed in UK the more I missed China so finally we are back for good and here we are really starting to enjoy the beautiful Beijing more and more everyday 😊
germany, canada. i could go back there but my live in shenzhen is better even though i just live here for 2 months. the positive aspects about china are far more then the problems like learning the language and culture. and don't get me started about the delicious food in china!

以前一直以为贵州很穷，前段时间，才了解到，贵州不但早就脱贫，现在总体还比边上的云南，广西还好。基本可以算是中国贫穷省中的第二梯队，不算太穷。
贵州总体还是穷的。但是最近十年，贵州进行了超大规模的基建，完成了每个县城通高速，投资了天价的钱在基础建设上。打通了贵州到南下广东广西，湖南的交通。贵州本来算是南方省份，物产不差的，当地物价便宜。就单纯普通百姓生活，比北方的贫困省好很多。
意思是广西最穷吗？哈哈哈，你去过广西吗？

We do food for just Chinese people in london with a copper hot pot and the food is made for Chinese 90% of the customers are Chinese in Canary Wharf there is restaurant making food just for Chinese now in London and get bigger. OK
