I want to do that in the future if I manage to find more time.
@@LukesMushrooms Hopefully 🙏 Looking forward to that.

Hi Luke..... Nice... try to make a video on how to cook mushrooms ... must be fun
Thanks. I would like to do that in the future if I have time for that :)
Good very
Thanks
Liked, Subbed etc, enjoyed your video and, like the others I'd enjoy watching you preparing and cooking your harvest 👍
Thank you :)
I wonder if a potato peeler would be effective? Going to have to try it
I was thinking about that toom but I'm afraid it would only work for completely healthy mushrooms with no maggots.
Can you make a video about how to cook or store the mushrooms?
Sorry for my bad english, thank you
Btw, i really love your videos
Thank you. I would like to do such videos in the future, if I find some more time.
@@LukesMushrooms thankk youuu
I noticed you have different knives. On what does it depend, which one you use? I love best my opinel knife. Another great. Video. Thank you
Yes I have 2 but I don't change them on purpose. Just when someone joins me for the hunt, I sometimes lend one of my knives to that person and I use the other one. The Opinel is great especially for the brush but the curved blade can sometimes be useful too. Then I have a Victorinox swiss knife which is sharper and more comfortable to use, but also heavier and has no brush. I think the perfect knife would be the Victorinox with a brush :))
@@LukesMushrooms thanks so much for this very detailed answer
I wish I could collect these
can you also upload ones for mushrooms that are not edible / are poisonous? like mushroom foraging solely for filming their beauty 🤩🤩
nvmmm, i saw u included them too in ur videos
Any particular reason for covering the holes each time you pick a mushroom?
I have 2 reasons:
1) It may help the mycelium to not dry out
2) I like to keep my spots secret, so I don't want to leave traces where a mushroom was picked from
@@LukesMushrooms thank you for the reply.. that makes sense 👍😁
👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤🤗
Is the pink mushrooms not edible to eat?
Which pink mushroom exactly do you mean?
Sub and liked ❤
Thanks :)
Very nice video but i think that you are wasting too much of the stalk which could be eaten, maybe try to clean it more superficial:))
Yes, I have many comments like this and I try to improve :)
Are you sure some of those you pick are not bitter boletes? Tylopilus felleus
Yes, about these I am 100% sure. Sometimes I find Tylopilus felleus too, but I haven't seen many of them this year.
Bitter bolete has a darker reticulation, if in doubt a small taste test will give you an answer beyond doubt.
I Need To Learn Every Poisonous Mushroom Type
My friend you clean to much your funghi.😂,more accurancy,
Sorry for that - I know it annoys many people but it's not easy to focus on both cleaning and recording :)
