- We put in an offer on a house and had to wait for the sellers to make a decision. It's beat up, but had acreage and could be the perfect fit for our new life outside of California to build our homestead. Today, we finally have an answer on if it's ours or not.

Isn't it funny how we all watch these videos and the folks feel like family. My husband just came in and I met him at the door all droopy faced. He goes, "They didn't get the land did they?". LOL! I'm not sure how far away from Ashville you guys are willing to go, but land is a bit more affordable closer to the foothills, like Marion or Nebo. You will find what you are looking for sweet friends. All in God's timing! If it would just stop raining here ( about 2 hours east of you) we might finish our homestead so we can move in!!

For the house, NEXT! Been eating greens for the last year for my wife. But I need my home made bread, “Sourdough” sugar with my home made Blackberry Jelly, and coffee. I lost 25+ lbs and my wife 80+ and still working on it. Eating more greens just means I am eat more out of our garden. - Jeff
The wife and I just bought 20 acres last year in Kentucky We looked for the longest time. And like you Zillow pushed one up and it was not on the market yet. We made the offer and and it was accepted the next day by the owners we do have family close by and they did get a chance to go out and take a lot of photos that same day and it was only 5 miles from wife's family. Now that is what I call luck.we also live in northern California currently. So it has been hard trying to get the land prepared. Since it is grown over farm land. I hope that the perfect property shows up in the near future. Never give up hope something will come along. But the main thing is that you have a healthy family beside you everyday. Along with all of support that we can provide to you thru your channel. Have a blessed day guys.

Consider this experience on the property a dress rehearsal. As we move into spring, more property will come on the market. You will keep refining the features that are important so that when "it" shows up you can pounce. (Realtor in SoCal for 32 years)
Sorry to hear about the house.. I listened to a gentlemen tell a story once that him and his wife found the perfect property.. they were close to closing but the wait was due to the selling of their current home.. while waiting the house they thought was gonna be the new home and flooded.. so they were saved from all of that.. so just keep trusting God and he will bring the right place to you.. Love your journey but I am sure it is hard at times.. but so exciting.. Blessings to you..

Oh and about the house, I think you will find one that is better suited for you. We lost lots before finding the perfect one we both fell in love with. You will know it and it will be yours when you find the right one.

Dont be too discouraged! Out of Goshen is another channel that went through this same thing last year. They made several offers before the right property finally went through. This just means that there is something better out there in store for you!

Speaking for myself, I am a little bit bummed, but look at it this way...many are bummed with you, and there must be a better reason because there is a better place out there somewhere, I know it. You breakfast you made with the cast iron looked great, and I want to do one similar. And one last note: watching your kids behavior at the table, is to be commended! They are quiet there, they know how to hold their utensils, don't grab across the table, they stay seated, etc. Your kids can be taken out, lol. Good job Mom and Dad!

I am doing close to ketogenic as possible--60 lb weight loss and another 50 to lose this year. Try Sausage Egg Roll in a bowl--so simple and easy--filling and delicious. Keto Connect has some great recipes. I also love keto soup: 1lb. ground beef, 1 block of cream cheese, 1 can rotel or can of stewed tomatoes, 1 qt++ low sodium beef broth, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 small onion. Brown the ground beef, add the cream cheese, vegees, and rotel, --cook a few minutes, add broth and simmer until creamy and peppers/onions are cooked. Delicious. Once again, one pot meal. I started Keto one year ago to get my blood pressure and diabetes readings into the normal range, which it did within two weeks! Doesn't hurt at all that I lost 70 pounds along the way and am now at my goal weight that lets me shift over to maintenance and up my calories. Look for "Egg Roll in a Bowl," specifically on their channel... also known as "Crack Slaw." It's delicious.

Guys when it takes that long for a response walk away ..also 24-48hr response is a mandatory when submitting offers because some agents will basically start holding offers like bidding very unethical . I’ve allways demanded a 24hr response to any offer . IF they don’t accept that they are crap.
Stay positive it was only 7 acres. You need more than that. Chin up and keep going. Nice food I love roasted veg. I chop fresh garlic on top of mine before roasting. 👋🏽

So sorry about the land. You will find another one. I've fed our kids (now 35/38) all vegetables since they were babies. We eat mostly like you are. We do have tortillas and a few slices of bread a week. It just feels better to eat that way. Blessings and prayers to you all.

We are currently looking for a new place ourselves, completely fill your pain. We had an offer in and got out bid, looked at some other places and put an offer on place today that we looked at over weekend. This waiting game is the worse to see if the property owners accept the offer or not. Best of luck to you and the family in finding your new place! Best wishes!
Honestly, I had a bad feeling about that property ( not that it matters ). Ultimately God is in Control and He will lead you to the place He wants you to be. Just know that He is in the “Waiting “, while in transition❤️🙏

I've never cooked multiple meals. Eat or starve. My kids eat everything.....with exception. We all have things we don't like, ya know. And we also have all kinds of extras to add to the meal, like y'all. Sorry about the house, but God has something amazing for y'all. Just wait. ❤
look on Landwatch you can set all criteria, price, area, acreage, house... it's a great website. I bought 67 acres in Kentucky it was the 4th property we looked at.
It’ll be alright, you’ll find a property that suits you better.. I had that happened once, and then I found my now property after the first one was bumped out.. it’s been a blessings for me .. as for the diet., I don’t go on any diet, I never try whole30.. I don’t eat meat.. I don’t like bread either and can’t eat too much sugar.. most of the time I baked my own bread.. most of the time, I just eat Asian veges, fruits, and drink plain water or occasionally juices.. I can’t even finished my own baked bread, so most of the time chickens eat the home baked bread.. 😊 anyway, thank you for sharing.

Don’t lose hope yet. It may still be your home. I have purchased two bank owned properties in the past. On both I was the second choice. The top bidder in the first couldn’t get financing and it went to me as second bidder and the other property, it was offered to me after the top bidder backed out
There is a reason, you may never know that reason, be Thankful and Grateful you didn't get it. Yours is out there and we are all wishing praying for you all to find what suits your needs and wants, But also bummed for you guys We just went through all this, from Sept -Dec of 18 we signed on our homestead Dec 18 =) you got this!

#whole30withHollars . Hey guys! Sorry to hear the house didn't go through. Hang in there, God's plan will unfold before you soon as to your living situation. I've been doing Keto./ Palio. Tonight's dinner is two strips of bacon chopped and fried. A chicken breast, sliced into ribbons. Fried in bacon grease with half a small onion, some,fresh spinach , cooked until just wilted and half a green pepper. I put some fajita seasoning for taste. Then I used romaine lettuce in place of tortilla shells. I have this like 2 times a week. It's very yummy and satisfying. I've been doing Keto/Palo cross to meet my dietary limits. I'm diabetic and need some carbs to keep me from low sugar dropping. Ive been doing this for 18 months. I've lost 167 lbs! Have 50 more to go to reach my target!.

I pretty much eat what you all are eating. I have lymes so it's no breads or dairy. It honestly was very easy to do!! Can't wait to see you possible property. 😊
Brownie points (prolly shouldn't say that considering your diet ;)) for raising your kids to eat what is put in front of them. I have 2 toddlers and an infant and it's hard to get them to eat what I make sometimes. Glad to see some success stories of that

I was really hoping that was your place. So much potential. But really, you haven't been on a serious home hunt for all that long. It may seen like forever because of all of the traveling you did to find the right state. And now that you are staying at one place, you are feeling more cooped up probably, which makes it seem like days drag out for weeks. It'll come.

Guys... I'm gonna post a vid of our story... we lost our place THREE times but God had a plan and now we own a log home on 5 acres with a trout stream! No kidding. Lost it twice and someone else bought it but didnt like it and sold it 6 mo later... and we got it. Crazy story... hang in there

I love that your kids eat so healthy! That was the way I was raised too. I ate what was prepared, no fixing multiple meals. Now that I'm older, there isn't hardly anything I don't like! Lol

It's OK. Just think, you'll get "the feeling" and how excited you'll be when the estate agent says "they accepted your offer!" im looking forward to that day with you.
