- In this video I walk through the fitment of the 5000w kit I'm going to use for the 72v conversion on my Juiced Camp scrambler frame. Hey man heads up be careful I got the same scrambler frame sabvaton 72100 an 5000 watt motor an I snapped the aluminum frame

many questions. what frame and how did it happen? Off the line?
Did you use good dual torque arms from grin or the cheap ones/ none at all?
How do u know how they will Fit.
w.e u are building..im looking to try this and make a project n do it by myself but im bad with electric stuff...so id be great to get all the info i can

What’s wrong with the controller? Cheap, been running on my bike for half a year, not one issue. It’s not the best but it works
I have the sabvoton 100a controller too with a 5000w hub motor on 26 fat tire mountain bike and it's been great too me, no issues at all. Just need to figure out how to hookup pas or cruise control.
They are "fine" but they don't provide anywhere near amps that motor can handle you could go with a much smaller motor and get better performance 😉 power to weight and all that!
But if your gonna use that motor go with something way more efficient that includes mtpa and better power delivery you will see the difference that motor can handle close to 200a if not more 😉
I have that controller and I got my qs205 so hot it started vibrating, although it’s an NBPower motor and I heard that they arn’t the best.
They are stock controllers if you want a quality controller that can deliver the power that .motor can handle go nucular or asi if not be relegated to 25% power and not even the most efficient 25% meaning your getting less range for the same power 🤔 plus you get more torque for the same wattage with asi or nucular while getting further 🤔 there's a reason they sell you that controller with the motor for an extra 100 bucks or so when you can get a controller that can handle the 25kw that motor can handle

20"x4" bicycle tire size or 3.00x16 motorcycle tire size.
If you know the size you could put on the motorcycle tires in 26 fat, I would appreciate it, it is for ebike projects
