The rapture cannot be imminent since Paul made it clear that before our gathering together unto him (the rapture) there apostasy must occur and the man of lawlessness be revealed. So how can it be imminent?

Gods written word is intact but dispersed amongst our sources and will not be succumbed to corruption.but men can corrupt the pen of their copies from those intact sources I found in my long studies that in 2 thess 2:7 that is universal throughout all english copies that i have seen,is mistranslated in the english but thankfully attached in the greek to reveal the truth of what Paul was really revealing and reminding the thessalonian assembly. Because falsehoods were going around proclaiming that the parousia of Messiah Yeshua being the Day of The Lord as a Thief in the Night(1 thess 5:1-4) and the rapture of all believers together to meet Him in the sky following the 1st resurrection(1 Thess 4:13-18) had already taken place. So Paul jotted their memory of what events must occur before the return of the Lord being the Day of the Lord and our gathering to Him Until those 2 events occur, they are presently restraining the Day of the Lord and our resurrection/rapture which comprises of all believers together who have fallen asleep in Yeshua upon resurrection and WE who are still alive and We who are left (paul being inclusive of himself and the past church body as the same body of Yeshua as those in the future) on the earth unto His return as A Thief in the Night(Vial 6) Because of the mistranslation that none have corrected, it makes people believe that Paul is teaching that what is being restrained is the antichrist by an unknown entity that must be removed for him to be revealed. But Concerning the coming of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah and our being gathered to him. Is who is being restrained , and by what(nueter) and by who(masculine) as that restrainer(s) are both events being the apostasy that must occur first and the final reveal of the antichrist specifically appointed by satan who gave him his power and throne.( As the nueter restraint as a whole) A.T. Robertson explains that an idiomatic use of the neuter singular may appear when an abstract expression is used to sum up a whole mass of ideas or expressions.
